I ordered my 4 pieces of chicken wings cut and half with French fries with alot of barbecue sauce all over it and they talking about I order my chicken wings with fried rice when I know what I ordered so they gave me the wrong order and now they don't want to make me another one and they talking about they won't give me my $13.34 cents back that I PA with my card online for my food they are bad service and they talking about next time they not going to serve me and they talking about I got to look at my receipt online and I did it does not show what I ordered it only shows the chicken wings and the 2 liter soda that I got with my order so they better come correct and fix my order right

Ordered two orders of chicken wings. They charged me for the two orders then when my food got to me I had ONLY TWO chicken wings in the bag NOT TWO ORDERS of chicken wings. TWO CHICKEN WINGS. And I ordered spare ribs and they were dryer than Popeyes biscuits

I've ordered multiple times delivery to my home, they are usually fast and precise. I ordered from their website which i find very useful as most Chinese restaurants don't have a website. I was satisfied up until recently where my food tasted like dirty dishes. I order white rice with beef and broccoli, my go to, but this time I was disappointed. The beef was either rotten or they let it fall in dirty dish water and still served it. The food is not cheap and I most definitely will not order from here again. This wasn't the first time the food wasn't up to par.
Customer service is horrible and they keep large amounts of packaging in front of the refrigerator that blocks the entrance to the door. However, today I realized none of the employees wore a hairnet. So of course I found a hair wrapped around a chicken gizzard.

That hair was wrapped around the gizzard. They have their soda packages right in front of the refrigerator & I took a step back after I ordered my food and almost tripped on the soda packages.
