I called and I ordered food yesterday requested for two menus to be sent to me and then I called today to place the order today and all of a sudden the price is different. The lady was giving me a different price from what the menu saying so be careful because they will try to rob you for your money when you call an order, especially if you don’t have a actual menu to see the prices yourself

New Wok kitchen has delicious food. The chicken with broccoli is exceptional. But they keep mixing up orders and not sending complete orders. Also not sending enough condiments.
Ordered today. The food came an hour late. Only to find metal scrap in my food. I’m very disappointed. Not once did I have a complain before.

They messed up my order and didn’t want to fix it or give me my money back. I requested chicken wings chopped with fries. Salt and ketchup on the fries and everything else only on the chicken. They put extra salt and drenched hot sauce on my fries to the point where it was inedible for me and my children! I have been ordering from this place since I moved in the area I cannot believe they treated me this way!

i miss when an order of chicken wings and fries were 5.50 now jumped to 8.50 ? but thats everywhere not just this place, this place is really good and i get delivery alot and they already know me by heart lol (get take out from here 2 times a month) i give 4 not 5 only because when they are in a rush the fries arent consistent its like they give half the amount they normally do other then that there rice is great n they give alot, beef products are tasty chickens amazing seafoods okay not my favorite but thats not on them i just prefer beef n chicken when i get big orders for my friends they do give out free drinks n they are really fast with delivery
