My party of three came in on a Saturday night and we got some delicious food! For our starter we got nachos and they were great! All the sauces//veggies added great flavors! Then we got The Mac’n Portobello and the BX cheesesteaks and they were both delicious!! All the food tasted great and filled us up. The workers were very welcoming and friendly. The only thing we didn’t love was the vibe. We kinda wish it was a little more cozy. I love it. The portions are large. I was BEYOND satisfied with the amount of food I received. I got the spring rolls, el patacon and the Yuri Fries I believe it was called. Very flavorful, the plantain for the patacon was not over fried or too oily. It felt like a healthy cheat meal and I loved it ?

I visited the Vegan Factory in the Bronx with high expectations for a healthy dining option. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The modern decor was hindered by the hostess in soiled, mismatched sweats and tee. This didn't set the right tone for our date. We ordered four items: the empanadas (half tasty with plantains, but the Mac and beef one was unseasoned), the plantain bean burger (inconsistent bean patty, bland bun, and an overwhelming sauce), nachos (slightly cold and unremarkable), and soursop juice (too sweet for a healthy drink). The service was subpar. The inside decor was decent, but overall, the Vegan Factory needs improvement and sample testing. Hope they can enhance the dining experience.

I'm not a vegan. However I got a mushroom steak sub. I was surprised. It was very good. Waitress was very friendly and was very good on her recommendations. Dining area was clean. The only drawback was there was no bathroom if needed. Also no place to wash your hands. I was visiting New York and used the subway before I got there. I really wanted to wash my hands but couldn't. They did have hand sanitizer available there to use. To me that just doesn't get it. I will go there again. I'll just take some form of hand wipes to clean hands. As most of us do. We usually grasp a sandwich with our hands to eat it.Parking: Looked like limited street parking. We took a Uber to that location.

I told Anna I would stop in after passing by by car for months now. I still ended up ordering Uber Eats to deliver to me instead. My first time and it was just delicious and comforting. The cauliflower wings are delicious- tasty. I had it with rice and black beans. Today I finally walked up the block in person. Anna wasn't there but the other lady at the register was just as nice and pleasant. Today I had the burritos and was awesome. Filled me up quick and had a great taste to it. This is my new healthy spot in the BX. I love the fact that such a place exist in the BX. I also love its really close by me so I am going to be there a lot moving forward! The juices are awesome and the vibe is low key and full of positive vibes. Check them out asap! I can't wait to test the rest of the menu out!
The y don't have that fake lab grown Beyond and impossible which isnt healthy and should not be labels Vegan.. so it's a good spot... Will take a long time but that's the new norm for FAST

I really love that this is a local vegan Dominican restaurant. I had a soursop juice. It was refreshing and light. Liked everything . The cauliflower wings , I’m not a fan of. I was hoping it would of been coated with the sauce ( like Cheesecake Factory) it is not. You have to dip it. I ordered the bbq flavor. They nailed the flavors in the mofungos . Would buy again.
