I am writing this review to address a fundamental lack of professional integrity and a recurring issue with how this establishment treats the community that supports it.
I ordered 6 wings, chopped. While walking home, I felt the bag was light and actually called the restaurant immediately to double-check. The woman assured me she had put the full 6 wings in. When I got home and opened the bag, there were only 8 pieces (4 wings). I had been shorted a third of my order despite paying the full price. When I called back, I was met with a defensive and disgusting attitude. Instead of a professional apology, the woman was hostile, claiming she 'doesn't make mistakes.'
The issue isn't 'just two wings.' It is the principle of the transaction and the lack of respect. In our neighborhoods, many(not all) Asian and Indian-owned takeout spots thrive specifically because they are located in underserved minority communities. We are the ones keeping these businesses afloat, yet there is a blatant double standard. If a customer is short by even a quarter, they are denied service. But when the business is the one in the wrong, we are expected to just accept it.
These establishments often treat their Black and Hispanic patrons with a dismissive 'take it or leave it' attitude because they know they are the primary affordable option in the area. However, being an inexpensive option does not give you the right to cheat people out of what they paid for. You never know a person’s situation those missing wings could have been a meal for a child, or those few dollars could have been the last of someone's budget.
As a professional, I value accountability. I was not looking for 'free food'; I was looking for what I paid for and the basic human respect I am owed. Our community’s money is clearly good enough to take, but we deserve to be treated with dignity in return. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

No. 1 kitchen is the best by far chinese food in the area. The food was delivered super hot and fresh. Their prices are a bit steep but at these days what isn't? They forgot to put soy and hot sauce but it's OK. Great tasty food!

“I love this Chinese food restaurant”, I’ve been coming to /and ordering from this restaurant for over 20 years and the food has never changed the quality of the food is excellent, The people and owner are friendly, they deliver.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options fish, shrimp or veg and rice etc. All delicious.
Kid-friendliness: They have chicken nuggets for kids. Apple sticks are yummy.
Dietary restrictions: You can order food w/o sauce or have it on the side. They offer brown rice too. They have stem food.
I been going to this restarunt since 1990s when they first opened!
