Great pizza place. The guys behind the counter are always friendly. Their ingredients make for a terrific slice/pie. Their chicken rolls are delicious.

Management please vaccum and clean out the vents on the floor behind the seating area near the window. Noticed on the floor are 4 vents full of dust garbage and mouse traps. The mouse traps are unsightly and made me gag. If there's a mouse problem regularly scheduled exterminators are needed and closed garbage cans, detailed cleaning and vacuuming every night in the kitchen, eating areas etc. Also a tall skinny closet for brooms, mops and employees belongings is needed -it smells like dirty mop water and dust when you walk in and layers of dust can be seen on frames and decor. Please address these hygiene issues the food is good but health and hygiene risk need assessment and mediation.

Great food nice people always clean. Good prices best in the area for Italian specialties. Just encourage to tidy up during the day keep bathrooms clean.

They are horrible with timing. I ordered the pizza 2 HOURS ago. My lunch time was over by the time they got here and when they got here the pizza wasn’t even hot. Also I ordered a 2 liter soda and they came with a 20oz. They will not deliver your food unless they have more deliveries to your address. This is not the first time.

We just ordered and picked up food, from Nonas, and the turn around time was excellent! The pizza dough was yummy and the cheese was not oily and plastic, but cheesy, fresh and tasty. Great tasting pizza! We paired with a glass of reds, and a bit of Chuck Mangione's - give it all you got! Service was excellent, easy parking and great price. Check out Nona's if you have not done so yet!!

Such Hearty, wholesome and delicious pizzas. The slices are gigantic so yea, the quantity is great. Also absolutely love their garlic bread. Delicious! This is one time you don’t want to be counting calories. The staff are friendly, efficient and quick. Nona’s is definitely a place you’d want to share a pizza with friends or family.

Best pizza in Riverdale. Even the crust tastes good. I would also highly recommend the bruschetta, the fried calamari and the eggplant parm. Delicious! ?

As a new Yorker, I know great pizza when I taste it. The pizza here is mediocre and the staff is not friendly. The sauce tasted cheap and vinegary and the garlic knots were bland.To store owner: A smile and kindness goes a long way. You don’t have to be my best friend, but that’s all part of great customer service. You need to retain the staff in front counter. If you even care.

I'm not sure what the heck happened. I placed my order through GrubHub. They were listed as delivering to my address. Already late on the delivery i call to find out if it's coming. The annoyed man on the phone tells me it's a little out of their way but on the way. Then I get a notification that they are refunding me for the pizza we ordered. Since more was part of the order I called to find out if it was all canceled or any of it was coming. No one would answer the phone. Called GrubHub to see if they knew. No one answered the phone for them either. Food finally showed an hour and a half or so after ordering. No pizza. Food was cold. Salad was warm. No pizza. What a disaster. Not again. If you can't do it, can't get yourself to this area, then don't make yourselves available saying you can. We are literally two miles away.
