Recently found this deli & it’s worth the drive (I’ll be taking my dog to pelham bay more often just so i have an excuse to go to Nonna’s.) Good sandwiches & it smells so good in there I want to try everything. The food is fresh & they are not cheap with the cold cuts!

Tried to make this my go to deli because I only live a couple blocks away, guys behind the counter are decent, but they shut down their grill too early, I can't get there before 2 pm, I have called a number of times at 1pm but they won't even make me a scrambled egg sandwich, it amazes me that deli's like this one would throw a customer like me away, guess they don't need new customers, oh well, there are plenty of delis close by that will be pleased to accommodate me.

Ordered a egg sandwich you would think the guy would wear gloves or wash his hands at the very least. The guy was just serving customers and handling money before I ordered. With everything going on the world it's not expensive to be sanitary. Complete laziness observed over here .

Worst sandwich I ordered grilled chicken with mozzarella and only got 2 slices of cheese on a hero and 2 slices of chicken .

Food is excellent but over priced. $8 for a meatball sandwich on a roll is a bit too much.
