Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Horrible service waited 15 minutes to get a seat. I had to leave with my family shut this place down it really sucks horrible. Zero stars put people that really want to work not kids that are on their phones. Terrible place

If I could leave no stars I would. Came in with family did not get seated until 10 mins mind you the place was practically empty. If you can avoid going here customer service was non existent in this place. This is why people feel the way they do about places in the Bronx. You want to hire people that don’t care to work and that is the main issue right there. Shut the place down immediately or revamp the whole restaurant. If Gordon Ramsey was to walk in there he would be on you guys like white on rice.

Came in the restaurant was almost empty still had to wait 10 minutes to get seated. 15 minutes after being seated still no waiter or waitress. Horrible managing. Left without even ordering

I always have a great experience food is always fresh and comes out hot taste is on point portion size is awesome prices are great. I usually get a great waitress or waiter on my last visit the waiter was not listening to my request I told him it was my daughter's birthday they usually do a song accompanied with a small dessert he just said ohh ok I waited and waited until I just left upset ask for my bill and left.

This place is a horrible place to dine. Everytime i go they never give my drink that i order its like a game to the servers to keep me thirsty and act like they always forgot my drink . Had to ask for cheese at the front desk went here with my whole family we are disgusted with the service very forgetful and dirty unkept restaurant.

My server, Sabrina was amazing. However, I had an issue with an item on my food and A manager by the name of Ayleah i believe, came to my table and gave the worst attitude regarding the issue and provided no solution. Not sure if it was a bad day for her but I hope other customers aren’t being treated this harshly. I wish I could’ve recorded the interaction but I’m extremely dissatisfied with this customer service

The service is bad, they are lazy and the place inside is empty while there are a ton of people waiting to be seated for more than 40 minutes

Staff was rude when I asked for a different table because the table they wanted to sit me and my 2 small children at after a 25 minute wait was in the middle of the walk way so no matter who sat at the head of the table they would be brushed with someone or something passing behind them. Who wants to spend time ducking while you eat? No one. She in turns tells me I will have to wait an additional 15 minutes for another table when there’s an entire part of the restaurant that’s empty and you have no servers but 5 people laughing and joking in the front. This restaurant staff should not be in this service.

The food is very good, but the forks sometimes look dirty. The staff should also wear gloves. They are very attentive, but hygiene could be improved a bit.

I don’t post reviews that often but I just had to give Suhaley a shout out for her excellent service this past Thursday when me and my mother came. She gave a great recommendation for my main course and the order came timely and was well-prepared. She was very attentive and checked-in with us often in case we needed anything and to make sure we were good. She also had the staff participate in singing my mom happy birthday which was incredibly sweet of her and for which we are filled with gratitude. She was on top of things, was very courteous and kind throughout. I hope this message gets to her manager because her excellent service is a shining example for all Olive Gardens.
