Their food is amazing, but they sometimes forget to pack certain items when you order for delivery, which is really frustrating. For example, one time I ordered the banku and tilapia combo, but when my food arrived, I only received the tilapia with pepper—no banku. Another time, I ordered the fried rice and chicken combo, which is supposed to come with salad, plantains, and pepper as listed on their menu. The food is amazing but the service needs to be improved nobody come asks if anything is okay i had to go up and personally ask for my bill and to go boxes overall the costumer service isn’t the best
