Worst experience going to this Panda Express location of my life, I've literally encountered an watering in one of the boxes that had boxed fortune cookies inside it, it was literally disgusting, the employees don't know what they're doing, don't go there ever again

Anthony Sosa at 2192 white plains rd in the Bronx is by far the best General Manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely focused on making sure we left happy. While we were deciding on our entrées, he let us know a fresh batch was coming out and offered to serve us from that it was such a thoughtful gesture and by far the best customer service we’ve experienced (not even Chipotle goes that extra mile!). We work at a school in the area, and Anthony not only answered all our questions but also took the time to share how Panda Express supports the local community and neighborhood. His professionalism, kindness, and care for both his customers and the community truly stand out. Anthony is exceptional, and Panda Express is lucky to have him.

The worst Chinese take out I’ve ever had. No meat, just breading. The rice and chow mein were tasteless. And they forgot to include the drink I ordered. Disappointing. First and last time ordering from Panda Express.

Plate is 10.40. I was charged 15.50 because 1.50 extra for their GARBAGE Pepper Steak. Pepper Steak with NO onions or green peppers. Never again....!!!!

Placed order online the food was not good. I made a request for extra sweet and sour sauce got no sauce not even the damn fortune cookie. When you try to call the restaurant no one answer's. Miss the panda express in hells kitchen on 46th and ninth ave that panda express food is much better. This is not good for the brand. Will not be ordering again Another reason to move back to Manhattan.

This location is always clean, the food is delicious, and the customer service is top-notch. Dominique especially stood out—her warm, welcoming attitude made my visit amazing. She truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The good: The employees are professional and sweet. The place seems modern, doesn't need a refresh or remodel. Since it's a franchise, you know what it is already. The food isn't bad. I love the drinks. Hours are good, I believe they close at 10:00p.

The bad: Every single counter was wet (lol). I everything I put down I had to wipe off when I picked it up. The food ain't great. It's good enough that I'm a return customer, but it ain't great either. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but if someone asked me about them I wouldn't bad mouth them.

i am sad

The employees are stellar, they are superstars. Super friendly, but the food was a letdown. I've never been to a panda express prior to this day and although I didn't expect the best, but this wasn't very good. I've went around 3 times and order different things to give an accurate review of the menu, and it's just not for me. I hope the employees soon get a raise
