Worst Panera location to ever exist. Terrible service. Never gives utensils even when asked for. Never gives straws. Constantly missing items. Will not be ordering from again.

100% the worst Panera bread experience you could be subjected to. Especially after being to better establishments. We ordered the French onion soup in a bread bowl, and there was literally no broth. You’d expect the bread to soak it up, except the bread on the bottom was dry. When we took it back to the counter, the employee said (with a straight face) we should’ve ordered the regular bowl, and the bread bowl with it on the side, as if that’s a normal thing to do.

I settled and went back to our table and tried to continue chewing our soup. Two bites in was absolutely enough for me, and I went back and asked for at least more broth for the bowls, as we were CHEWING OUR SOUP. The excuse this time was that they haven’t sold the soup all day so it has gotten thick. I’m writing this at 1:03pm. We received out order at 12:39. They’ve been open since 7, and they close at 9pm.

Also, the lemonades are disgusting. The pomegranate flavor especially tastes like fabuloso.
All around has declined since my last visit & though I’m a local, I’m never coming back here.

Service is bad and food arrived later than promised. Food had missing ingredients, like hummus on my Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Not even cut properly, veggies all over the place. Disappointed and will not order at this store again.

This location makes Panera Bread look really bad. I've been here at opening, at lunch and at closing time and at none of these times have they had all bagels baked. I don't understand how a store can open in the morning and already be out of certain bagels. I had to drive to another location just to get what I wanted and that is unacceptable.

Horrible I did ask for in a half steak sanwish. And what I got was only the bread because it was not meat nothing alot of bread but nothing inside. Horrible I will never go back there and I will not recommend that place.

Terrible experience. I was waiting in line when a man walked in, skipped ahead, and started ordering. The cashier, who saw everything, said nothing. When I spoke up, she walked away. Then, the general manager, Steven, came out, looked right at me, and still took the other customer’s order, completely ignoring me. When I confronted him, he dismissed me with, "Well, I can take your order after." No apology, no acknowledgment—just blatant disrespect.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from management!!! I expect Panera to address this immediately and follow up on how it’s being handled. The reviews below state this store is a problem!

I ordered the whole french ciabbatta dipper and a order of hearty fireside chilli.The sandwich had little portions amount of steak and cheese inside very lousy made and the hearty chilli in the bowl was less then half the bowl and i ordered a whole bowl amount. The whole order had no taste and over priced for the portions that was made. Most of the tables were dirty no one to clean the tables i had to clean my own table to sit at and eat very sad service.

You don’t get greeted at all. I work In retail and that’s something that is a must. Just say hi… not that hard. On top of that god forbid you go over to the other side to pick up your order like I do at every other Panera you get an attitude and told we pick up orders in the front even though the food is not there but marked ready for pickup. Why does bay plaza seems to lack good service?

Always messed up my order when I finally asked them to make my Sandwich like I ordered it piercing boy tried to start an argument while the lady before was nothing but helpful customer service is lacking, doubtful I’d be back anytime soon
