Tiny little store front and communicating with workers is a mission for non spanish speaking customers. Whenever i go in to order and or pick up, i find myself translating for a , customer as i wait for my food. I have no issue with this at all but English speaking workers is a must.

The food is great I can feed my family with 2 median pies for 15 dollars. I the only reason I didn't give a 5 because online they have those pies for order not in the store, so it can be frustrating when coming home from work and stopping at the store to order and being told that they don't have that sell so I then I have to go online to order for pick up. It's okay the services in this store is good and the food.

They sent the wrong item and wanted me to give it back in order to get the correct item AFTER the item was already opened. How dirty can you be to resell an item that has already been opened? It doesn't matter if it was touched or untouched that's NASTY especially with all these sicknesses that's going around

I'm from California and get tired of all the "NY Style Pizza" out here with the thin crust. There are plenty of papa johns in cali and they are always good. The first bad one I ever had was in New Jersey. This one is great like the rest.I have knock the reading down to three stars because of an issue with ordering. I recently moved to Brooklyn New York and placed an order with the app even though I had the new address selected for some reason it processed my order at the Bronx location and they charged my card. I ordered a pizza from the Brooklyn location after speaking with the manager at the Bronx location and he told me that the charger would fall off of my card. The charge did not fall off and I got charged for the pizza. I have called the location a few times now and they keep telling me to call back the next day. I called again and they told me to get the help from the 800 number they told me to get help from the store. So no one will help me and they have 24.75 of my money and did not provide a service. I have been trying to be more than reasonable and simply ask them to get me a gift card for the amount and they won't even do that. No one is being helpful and if this isn't resolved in 24 hours I'm putting my rating down to one star.

The manager and the people who worked her are so rude. If you look very closely to your pizza you’ll find hand hairs in it. Disgusting never again would I spend a dollar here. They’re not nice people and if anything goes wrong with your order they don’t fix it at all no matter what you say or do.

I ordered a pizza with no meats or cheese. This is what they delivered to me. The DRIEST & sauce-less pizza. I asked for a refund and they laughed in my face. This is the 2nd time they did this. This place is TRASH.

This is a crooked restaurand. I went there and order some beer and hookah and paid for it,the girl took my money and robbed me and charged my friend for what i have paid for. I talk to the "management"and intead of investigating,i was put out by the guard and harrased. I call the police and i have been waitting for hours here and nothing. This what we paid tax for. This is b******** The politicians can kiss my a** if they think i will ever vote for them. From now on my voting card goes to the garbage. F*** them all,the goverment,the nypd,and the stupid politicians and court system. It is all s*** to me. I am alone here to solve my problem my way.
