The driver was late with my my pizza got cold and the driver was rood with my son made him go outside door without a jacket . Ps they need a new team they are the worst!!! And they need clean there work place

Papa John's pizza? More like dirty bengali pizza . These staff members making your pizza don't wash their hands , wipe thier noses in thier hands , smoke cigarettes all shift, argue with customers , they make mistakes , take long time and the pizza is disgusting. Better off buying frozen pizza at the grocery store

This was supposed to be a Philly cheesesteak pizza. While waiting for my order, I noticed the gentleman making the pizza wipe his nose with his hand and then proceed to continue making the pizza. This showed me a total disregard for cleanliness and customer care. Absolutely disgusting. Aside from the poorly dressed pizza I will not be returning to this nasty Papa John’s location.
We ordered online and drove the two miles to get there. n
eighborhood is questionable,to say the least. Parking is impossible. So knowing this in advance I waited for my tracking text message . I went into the store having to double park,and waited over 25 minutes while they made it; DISGRACEFUL!!!

Went there in person to order waited about 10 minutes no one even came to say hi. They were all busy cooking inside got frustrated and left. I don’t see any good reviews for this place but people still go because they have no choice probably. Sorry can’t recommend such a place that has no manners or greetings for the customers I wish I could put a zero star for them. They don’t even deserve one star.

I arrived at the store at about 7 pm to it being very rude employees, my grandmother is 70 years old has been ordering food here for dedicated! Never have I ever received such rude attitude & disrespect comin from Papa John’s manager in charge because the manger wouldn’t be Available until Monday as per stated as the manager in charge didn’t want to give me his name I spoke with Nancy first which seems anger to be at work & my grandmother is currently in hospice center in the area where she would be dying soon and she really wanted her food done well the pizza was soggy & the chicken was raw. The service was epically unserved for someone that been coming here for years. Please I need to speak to a manager the food is still here but can’t hold any longer. Due to the worker telling me they can’t help me?
