If I could give zero stars I would this is in fact the worst Papa John’s in the country.The staff is rude and when you try to talk to them they put you on hold and laugh in the background like it’s a joke,I have seen them personally do this.It said my food was delivered and when I called the store she (Stacey) said it was outside,but it was already delivered make it make sense.I will be calling corporate on Monday because this is my second incident with this location they give Papa John’s a bed reputation.Maybe they need new management because this location absolutely sucks.They don’t try to resolve issues instead they create more because I will email corporate!

Very bad service, the cashier canceled my orders. I went for my orders in less than 5 minutes and the woman who answers the phone says that I canceled the orders and they didn't give me my pizzas. The owner should give people who really want to work jobs. And if they are going to close, they should stop taking orders and that's it.

I just ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizza and a drink. Never received the order but cleared in the app as delivered. Attempted to call the this store and to no avail was placed on hold while occasionally returning to the call to simple place on hold and that was at 30 mins over 10 times. This beyond acceptable and honestly shows poor structure in management. Bad customer service wouldn't recommend to the homeless let alone to feed my household.

I ordered a cinnamon bite with my papa dough points and sonya the manager says she can’t give me the food because it’s not my account, when I clearly ordered from my account with my email. She didn’t explain and kept walking off. Very unprofessional
This was the worst Papa John’s I ever ordered from. I ordered 2 large pies and 2 orders of wings. I literally had to go through and cut every slice of pizza because whatever cutter they used did not work and I’m pretty sure they realized that but just didn’t care. Then the wings I requested to be well done but it’s more like the pizza was well done. That pizza was so tough and it made it difficult to cut. The wings were not well done they actually tasted like they could’ve been cooked a little longer. The wings were cold the pizza was cold. It was just terrible. Money down the drain. Don’t even bother with this location

Was very rude and tried to threaten me because I told him to do his job and was playing cyber thug sending me messages via text. I asked the store to refund me and they charged my card 3 times!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I WONT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT BANK FRAUD DONE AND FAKE TOUGH EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY WONT DO ANYTHING JUST RUN OFF AT THE MOUTH
