I placed an order and after 33 minutes, I saw that it was marked as delivery. I called the store and they informed me the driver was 10 minutes away. 30 minutes later I call back and they tell me the driver was here and called but I don’t answer. I didn’t get any missed calls and my t-mobile account doesn’t relay any missed calls. It has now been over an hour and my son is crying that’s he’s hungry. We are currently waiting in the cold for them to appear.

The daytime manager do not understand when you call to confirm order, the order should come correct and not wrong as it always does when she is there. The night crew is better, they understand and get my order right all the time. More than once, the lady has confirmed over the phone she understands and she doesn’t. My order is never right when she is there.

I never had an issue with the taste and quality of the food, however on this day, Tuesday, September 2nd, no gloves were used today while the pizza was take from the oven to the box to be cut. 😬😬😬 The ambiance is great, I like the new updated look.

Worst delivery service ever, Waited an hour and a half for my order and still never received it, had to call the store a surplus of times, delivery drivers have horrible communication, never order from here !!
If I could give zero stars I would this is in fact the worst Papa John’s in the country.The staff is rude and when you try to talk to them they put you on hold and laugh in the background like it’s a joke,I have seen them personally do this.It said my food was delivered and when I called the store she (Stacey) said it was outside,but it was already delivered make it make sense.I will be calling corporate on Monday because this is my second incident with this location they give Papa John’s a bed reputation.Maybe they need new management because this location absolutely sucks.They don’t try to resolve issues instead they create more because I will email corporate!

Very bad service, the cashier canceled my orders. I went for my orders in less than 5 minutes and the woman who answers the phone says that I canceled the orders and they didn't give me my pizzas. The owner should give people who really want to work jobs. And if they are going to close, they should stop taking orders and that's it.
