Horrible customer service. They don’t know he to speak to people. There was an order that was cancelled and instead of telling me it was canceled for some reason they made me go call different stores. I was expecting my pizza and never received it. Don’t order from this location it’s a waste of time.

This place is extremely horrible zero to no customer service. I wish Could give negative stars Papa John’s would be wise to close this place down and fire everybody single worst excuse for pizza, place or business in the world for the love of God Jehovah Buddha and Allah order from anywhere else.

Their online system continually bounced back my purchase. Which locked my card for suspected fraud. So, on top of the system repeatedly failing without reason... I had to deal with the additional frustration of calling and unlocking my credit card.

Ordered a pickup today 01/06/2025 and it was a fast cash pickup. No issues. Food was good too
The pizza was a little difficult to order. I had problems ordering . I found it took me a long time . I think something was not working correctly. The pizza was very good and cooked properly. We enjoyed it and frequently order from the Morris Park Store, but this time we went to Tremont, right off Southern Boulevard. It was very good as well . Some creepy folks in that area; proceed with eyes open.

The stuffed crust is alright. it's what my kiddo likes along with pepperoni. I recently discovered the NY style which exceeded my expectations. The crust is pretty good. It's crispy, airy and has those little bubbles. Papa John's Pizza is pretty good. I'm not sure why I never bothered with them before but this isn't a bad pizza. I got the pepperoni and sausage and used the app and picked it up. The location was tiny but person at the counter was a total pro.
