I walked in there was a lady picking her toes and eating pizza at the same time sitting in the window . In order for me to get assistance I had to yell into the counter just to stop two employees having a conversation they didn’t even acknowledge that someone walked into the store .
Too bad I can't give zero stars very slow staff rude disrespectful and witnessed the man spit in my food refused to give me a refund and had me waiting 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. This store is a complete joke

I ordered a large pizza and eight buffalo wings for delivery, and it arrived an hour later, even though I live merely 10 minutes away walking. Through the phone, I was told the total cost of the two items would be $25, however, the man in the papa John’s car told me it would cost $36?? I looked over the receipt, and the delivery cost was $6. $25 plus $6 is NOT &36…. And when I checked the wings, there was 7 instead of 8…

I went there at 2:30am, which is pretty late but the website said they were open. I walked in, was greeted, and ordered 2 Papadias. Only then did the lady at the counter tell me they were closed, despite her greeting me and asking what I wanted to order. I mean, pick one. If you're closed, lock the door. If you're open, then let ne spend my money.

I literally saw the lady working the night. Shift box up orders and stay on the phone while doing it. Then she goes towards the back still talking on the phone While leaving the food that's boxed up at the counter. I was late to work because of it.
