In spite of the location being an extremely small and having nowhere to sit, I decided to order a cheese pizza an order of wings and cheese bread but unfortunately, decided to cancel my order and request a refund to my card after witnessing the gentleman scratched his face, then start to knead the pizza dough with a bit of further observation, I then noticed that he had open toe sandals on with no socks, which not only is unsanitary it is a New York City health code violation

I waited for about 10 minutes to place a pizza order while every single employee was sitting in the back, completely attached to their phones. One of them was even sitting on top of a table scrolling through his phone. They all saw me standing there, but not one of them bothered to even come to take my order. It was obvious they had no interest in doing their jobs. The complete lack of professionalism and customer service was honestly unbelievable.

I had placed a ordered online and this location was automatically assigned to me. I waited more than a hour for my order to then receive a call from the driver saying that he couldnât deliver to my address and that he would call me back. I waited an additional 30 minutes and got no call back so i called the store 5 times and waited on the phone more than 2 hours and no one picked up. I called one last time but this time in Spanish and this time someone answered and the person i spoke to told me she didn't understand why the driver couldn't deliver to me if that was the assigned store to my area. She said she left a complaint and the manager would call me in 10 minutes but i never received a call at all. Here i am 3 weeks later still trying to get my money back and have still not been able to get a hold of the store manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Horrible service! Such a headache itâs ridiculous
If I can give it no stars I would the people there are actually not smarter than a 5th grader and will serve you McDonaldâs
