I had placed a ordered online and this location was automatically assigned to me. I waited more than a hour for my order to then receive a call from the driver saying that he couldn’t deliver to my address and that he would call me back. I waited an additional 30 minutes and got no call back so i called the store 5 times and waited on the phone more than 2 hours and no one picked up. I called one last time but this time in Spanish and this time someone answered and the person i spoke to told me she didn't understand why the driver couldn't deliver to me if that was the assigned store to my area. She said she left a complaint and the manager would call me in 10 minutes but i never received a call at all. Here i am 3 weeks later still trying to get my money back and have still not been able to get a hold of the store manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Horrible service! Such a headache it’s ridiculous

they have only one guy doing everything at this store during lunch time. THEY HAVE TO GET HIM SOME HELP. if you’re trying to order you have to wait over 20min, then another 30 to receive your order if you’re lucky. i don’t blame this guy. i blame the person in charge! you can’t have one person watching all the spot at once. unfair.
Love the pizza and the food !!!!!,but the delivery driver’s in the Bronx what’s wrong with them the don’t leave their car you have to go down to get the food or they call you alllllll the way in the corner of the block to come pick up your food from that corner then you want us to tip drivers that’s a joke when they don’t properly deliver the food

DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! The worse customer service the manager is a piece of work he is very unprofessional doesn't care about his customers at all i asked the manager if my ordered was supposed to come with the delivery safety seal sticker he said yes and put me on hold and never came to answer the phone i was waiting on hold over an hour very poor customer service however my 3 boxes did not come with a safety seal sticker i order my order straight from the PapaJohns website and it got delivered with DoorDash i feel disgusted because it had no safety seal sticker the dasher could of touched my order or even did something to my order and i wouldn't even know nothing horrible just horrible don't do it to your self
