Me and my wife arrived ahead of our scheduled valentine's day reservation time we was seated in a timely manner. The host\owner was very pleasant and courteous. The service was not as good as I read in the other reviews. There was one of the wait staff a guy named frankco who definitely knew how to show me & my wife exceptional customer service if wasn't for him checking on us a few times and making sure our glasses stayed full we might have died from being thirsty a few time valentine's night lol . The food was amazing overall going to give em a try agai. let's see how the wait service does next go around.

It’s been a few years but PR has been on our mind since we dined there on a Saturday night. The atmosphere and live entertainment was legendary. The families welcomed my family as their own. if you are looking for classic Italian food with old world charm this is your place. The food was great!

The owner has clearly lost all passion for this business and it is unclear why they are still operating.

I first went in 2023 and my dater order a pasta dish with prosciutto and it had a terrible dog drool after taste, as if it had been sliced long ago and oxidized.

More recently December 2025 we went back because a family friend insisted that we eat there because they have parking (terrible reason to pick a restaurant) despite my warning. Nonetheless I hoped that they had improved or that our last visit was a mishap.

Nope. The waitstaff was friendly and responsive but the food was ghastly and so expensive despite the terrible quality. The caprese salad featured three gmo grocery store unripe tomatoes slices and three slices of mozzarella with dried oregano tossed on top—no olive oil, no balsamic, no salt, just huge cold chunks of unripe tomatoes and mozzarella for $14 🤣

The main course was even worse. Chicken roletini featured chicken that was clearly defrosted in the microwave and chewy topped with a vinegar based sauce that truly did taste like vomit for $28.

Also, in terms of the facilities, they have no right to pretend that this is a fine dinning establishment considering the obvious disrepair. For example the women’s bathroom is missing a handle for the faucet.

Please retire or sell or find someone passionate about food to take over.

I went on a Monday with a coworker. Quiet environment, friendly attendant and great experience. I ordered a Spaghetti alla vodka with shrimp, which was very good.

Excellent vibe and service! Something told me to get in this 30-year old masterpiece. I met a well-dressed waiter whom I knew since Catholic school! He and his staff gave me the best food and service in all of Bronx Little Italy! From the seafood pasta to the ice cream toffee, I loved everything Pasquale’s Rigoletto had to offer: food and an elegant atmosphere.

My wife and I have not been to the restaurant due to health challenges in a while. But now that we are well and back this is the best place to have a great meal. It was so nice to see Vinnie and he was the greatest host as usual! If you have never been to this restaurant you are missing this jewel!

An expensive restaurant that uses frozen food out of a bag for appetizers is crazy to me! Do better, I could stay home and eat better and spend less.

Food was fantastic! Service and atmosphere was top notch. The braciole was fork tender and flavorful. The sauce and pasta were made with love.

Let me start with saying I gave 1 star because their sauce was good. Now, customer service not so good.

The older guy at the door ( on the day we went) was so rude and completely uninviting. The young waiter we had was ok again not an inviting personality.

We felt very unwelcome and honestly felt like it was a racial issue, because we watched several others walk in and were greeted differently.

The older guy also immediately said we didn’t have a reservation when we absolutely made one. When we explained, we had indeed made a reservation they seemed very bothered to seat us.

I personally wanted to leave but my husband wanted to just give it a shot. The food was not good ( sauce was decent) it really was an ugly experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Let me also mention it is very outdated I think that many of the Arthur ave restaurants forget you are in the heart of the hood lol and it’s not 1955.

datti una mossa, non sei migliore di nessuno, siete tutti per la maggior parte americani che votano per Trump ma poi dicono con orgoglio che i loro genitori erano immigrati

I bet not one employee can read my Italian. I am also half italian but don’t look it with a blended family. I’m assuming this was reasoning behind making us feel unwelcome. Also you’re food taste NOTHING like the food in Italy NOTHING.

I had the Chicken Parm! I was spoiled I can't eat that dish anywhere else but at this restaurant from now on. We will be there in September! The service was fantastic. Hats tip ! 🎩
