I came to the 184th and Grand concourse location for the first time, and had a horrible experience with the night supervisor Jaylin. the other staff was kind and professional however she had an attitude because our children was in her way instead of saying excuse me and kept rolling her eyes the entire time we there. would never return to this location die to experience alone. please have more professional management.

About 2 weeks ago, I was walking down Grand Concourse looking for a store that ended up being closed. It was ok, bcuz finding this place made me Smile!! All kinds of Yummy flavors to choose from. I stuck with flavors I Love: Vanilla, Chocolate & Strawberry. So Thick & delicious!!They also have an Amazing assortment of toppings as well (fruits/nuts/syrups/candies, even churro pieces) I saw 2 different sized cups and ur dessert gets weighed. So if U get too happy filling ur cup, it will get pricey.It was a Beautiful Sunday afternoon, so I sat on a nearby bench & truly enjoyed this delicious treat. I've been back twice since then and have a new favorite: Pistachio!
