Went in today to try them out because I’m new to the neighborhood. The lady that assisted me was very dry and cold. I asked her about a few options and her response was like I was an interruption in her day and not there to give her my business. Once I decided on a cake and paid I had to ask her for a bag which to me should’ve been offered along with utensils because I ordered an individual piece of cake. She never smiled or seem welcoming at all. This will be my first and last time visiting this bakery. The cake was average nothing to rave about.

The cakes used to be great. Now all the custard cakes taste HORRIBLE! They are stale and OLD, tasting completely nasty. Money and hopes down the drain. I don't know WTH happened to the custard in the custard cakes but it is an absolute DISAPPOINTMENT. The custard is now TERRIBLE, yuck! Please go back to the original custard recipes of 2-3 years ago! Please also sell fresh cakes. My son is Going to have to purchase elsewhere unless this problem is fixed.

The girl inside was by far the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Recently moved to the area and will be sure to never stop by. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I have never tasted anything that is fresh from there which is really problematic in terms of public health. Don’t bother spending your money here. The staff and owner don’t seem to care that their food is not up to par.

I have been traveling from New Rochelle to this location for its cannoli. I know there was a change of management. But the taste has lacked since then. I ordered a dozen of cannolis today and it left a film at the roof of my mouth … Horrible Taste!!!!! I will be traveling elsewhere
