Pizza was good but damn if i wanted chicken nuggets I would have gone somewhere else. No sauce on the wings looks nothing as advertised and tasted like it was microwaved

I was trying to order a large pizza from there over the phone but the lady on the phone was vulgar and racist. She kept saying I don’t understand you even though I was trying to order it as slowly and clearly as possible. She even told one of her co-workers that “I don't understand Indian accent” while I was still on the call (I assumed she was a black person from her accent); I even gave the phone to my wife but the lady did the same to her as well. We eventually called to Dominos pizza located in East Tremont (3706 East Tremont avenue) and had no issues at all. Avoid this restaurant unless you’re an African American otherwise, they will act dumb and mistreat you.

This review should be taken very seriously cause the lady called my husband an Indian because she was having hard time hearing him over the phone. Note: my husband’s English is very good, he works for the city. They were making him feel very uncomfortable and the girl said I don’t understand what he is saying, he is Indian. Like wth! (He is not Indian) After that I took the phone from him and repeated the whole order and she tried to make me feel fool as well lol. I said pineapple multiple times and she was like parmesan? 😂 are you deaf or what lady? Don’t be racist! Do better

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut today! The service was top-notch, and the manager went above and beyond to help me with my order. They were kind, patient, and truly cared about making sure I left satisfied. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, but this location nailed it. Thank you to the team—and especially the manager—for making my day better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
