This is the most ratchet restaurant I have ever been to. The are young kids cooking the pizza. Orders are always wrong. What’s worse is that the manager are worst then the staff. Managers are unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to order from this place.

First off when I walked into the store there was a Hispanic female in the back signing and prancing around instead of making the food. The guy who was on the register was asking the female worker in the back, it was only the two of them there when I arrived around 8:30pm, what was a code for something. She had the music so loud that he asked her the same questions about 3 times and she couldn't hear him so he had to walk all the way to the back to where she was to in order to ask the question. That alone was unprofessional then I didn't look at my pizza until I got home to see that it was burnt. I was highly upset and probably won't be returning to this location again.

I’ve had previous bad experiences with this Pizza Hut but my mind has been changed. The manager on shift, i think Bryan, was very nice and helpful. I had a few questions about any deals and he took his time explaining everything to me. Just exceptional honestly because again my previous experience had been BAD with another guy. My last plain pizza looked like a kid made it. The one Bryan made was beautiful. He needs to be there more.

Staff is extremely rude , they don’t show no care for customer service. The employee didn’t prepare my order as it was ordered and when it was brought to their attention the employee replied “so what, eat it” extremely disrespectful. Going to file a complaint with the headquarters. The community cannot tolerate such behavior from high brand franchises. Unbelievable. 0000000 RATING
It seems like they have toddlers in the back making pizzas because it’s hardly any tomato sauce on the pie and they make the crust so BIG on the mediums that you are left with one bite of actual pizza. At least the wings had enough sauce on them. Stop being cheap with people food or change the name to bread hut.

We ordered a large pie for delivery with extra sauce and extra pepperoni. Our pizza was dry with hardly any sauce, no extra pepperoni and the ingredients didn’t come close to covering the pizza. We had a 2” crust! Second bad experience from this place in a row. Will not be repeating this mistake.
