Title: Worst Delivery Experience Ever!
I placed an order with Pizza Hut, at 2019 Westchester ave Bronx ny 10472. and it was an absolute disaster. My food never arrived, and after waiting over 2.5 hours, I finally gave up. I called multiple times, and each time I was either put on hold forever or given some excuse about delays. No refund, no apology—just a complete waste of time and money.
This is completely unacceptable. If you can’t handle deliveries, don’t offer the service! I’ll never order from Pizza Hut again. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a large meat lovers pizza. It came in two boxes and it also looked like somebody ate half the pizza and they threw the other four pieces random four pieces inside of another box and had DoorDash delivery. The pizza looks disgusting.! Never have I ordered from Pizza Hut and they sent me a large pizza and two different boxes and the slices look like they didn’t even belong to the other pizza

I recently ordered a Pizza Hut meal through Uber Eats and had a terrible experience. I ordered a 12-slice pizza but received only 8 slices. To make matters worse, I also ordered a two-liter Pepsi, which never arrived. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a full meal and didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointed with the service and will think twice before using Uber Eats again.

This place is super DISGUSTING. I just recently ordered a pizza and bread sticks. As soon as I opened the boxes right in the middle of all the pizzas there was a huge roach. I am pregnant I ordered cause I was craving this at 11pm got my order at 12:00 am place needs to be shut down. I’m super pissed and disappointed.

Ordered 3 personal pizza with sides and soda, but my order came with no soda at all. The deliverer didn't call just dropped it at the door and sent a pick. Once I saw that there was no drinks, I didn't even have the opportunity to tell the delivery person what is missing.
