I visited this location due to the unfortunate permanent closure of the one I typically visited. I decided to order the My Hut Box deal, which includes a personal pie pizza and boneless wings with a sauce of your choice. I was told my order would take fifteen minutes, but I ended up waiting over forty five minutes before receiving my food.
When I finally got my order, the pizza and wings were barely warm, leaving me confused about the long wait. The Buffalo sauce I had selected for the wings ended up spilling onto the pizza, making it unappetizing. The boneless wings themselves were hard and did not taste fresh, which was disappointing. Other customers were also having similar frustrations about long wait times.
