I made an order on January 30 for my daughter's birthday through Doordash, the pizzas , breadsticks and chicken wings were delivered very fast and they were very cold + they tried 5 more times to charge me larger ammounts , i had to call my bank and close my debit card not only they are unprofessional and useless they are THIEVES AND SCAMMERS too

I had a very bad experience with this store , i made an order through doordash on October there was a missing topping and the pizza had melted in the box and stuck , i left a review they sent me a limited 5$ to use on the next order within 14 days, i didnt have the chance to use it and i thought lets use it to order on thanksgiving, i contacted doordash let them know then i contacted the store the first time the guy didnt even listen to me and hung up the phone, the second time he changed his voice and was talking like a baby the third time i told him enaugh is enaugh and im reporting him to doordash wich i did , i am a serious human being and i will not allow some brainless teenagers making fun of me while i was willing to spend money for them on thanksgiving, i have notified doordash and they are working on my refund for the whole order, they are Scammers

My partner and I had a VERY bad experience at this particular Pizza Hut during two separate visits. The first time my partner stood for more than ten minutes in the store calling on the attention of the workers who vividly noticed him but decided to ignore him. This was during the evening. He walked out of the store (without buying anything) because he got offended by the lack of response from the team on duty that preferred to stand in a circle and have private conversations instead of attending to him.
What happened today was ( Abel) who was part of the “mean team” from the first day attended to us but instead of receiving a pizza worth our money our pizza’s pepperoni was burned and ashy! This is unacceptable because the store was not even full and we waited for 15 minutes to get our pizza only for it to come out burned, tasteless and no napkins were provided.
I honestly regret spending our money here and hope that things change for the better🙁🙁🙁🙁

I ordered a pizza for a children’s party, i ordered the pizza from them around 10:15 and they told me it should be arriving around 30 minutes or a bit later which I was fine with that but These people canceled the order and they didn’t even call me to let me know and when I called them to find out what’s going on, they kept on cutting my calls, I had to call four times but they kept transferring me over and over

The worst customer service EVER!!!! Ordered at 1230 never received my food. 3pm comes still no food, i called and was told 5 minutes another 20 minutes passed. Called again then I was asked do I want a refund or remake the food order again but I had to go pick it up. Then I was reading the reviews online about someone stealing credit card information and the person on the phone (female) got offended and said that she was not stealing my credit card information when no one accused her of it. Guilty Conscience.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If I can give negative stars I would.
