We spent almost $80 on a large pizza, 2 orders of wings and personal pan. I was in shock at the bill but pissed that the pizza was nasty, raw an flimsy crust, the meat was driedbup and cold, hardly any cheese. No value for money. This seems to be the order of the day in the US. The wings passed but I will be requesting a full refund for that bad pizza. Michelle took our order and she was pleasant! Pizza Hut do better!!!

I went in expecting to purchase the big dinner special that I saw on line for $19.99, I was told by the woman that they did not have that, so she proceeded to make up a deal for me which ended up costing me $30, she told me 7 minutes, however it was much longer and I had to hear her loud conversation on the phone about the location needing a exterminator and other negatives, a woman came in to order and called out to her. She yelled to the lady to wait, as she continued on the phone, the lady waited for a few minutes and left. I finally got my order, took it home and the pizza was horrible, no sauce, doughy, the wings rock hard, the breadsticks ok, I will not patronize this store again.

manager jamira was very rude , something was hard in the container of my traditional wings she says it look like boneless chicken. this was far from what look like that as if it was cooked when i noticed her she had a nasty attitude. she continued to talk on the phone on FaceTime! i will no longer give my money to said establishment.

I work around the area and wanted some pizza so I ordered it from here. I ordered the Pizza Hut melt And when I tell you that bad boy was trash, It was trash. I never had deer ankles, but it tasted like that. I feel like it wasnât fully Cooked.

To be honest recently, I have noticed that here in this location their pizzas are tasting like cinnamon sticks. I just ate a bite out of one of the slices of the pizza and I tasted sugar and cinnamon. The pizza is now smelling like cinnamon sticks too and then they gave me mostly crust on the pizza. It wasnât even like a normal pizza. it was just like just cinnamon straight, cinnamon sticks.
Ordered four $2 personal pan pizzas. They came consisting of all dough with little to no cheese. THEY WERE NOT EVEN CUT! And delivered in weird metal tins I never got a personal pizza in. The service in store was also terrible. Great way to waste an hour and $8 on flavorless bread bowls.

They are playing with your food at this location. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Used to order from here and things were fine up until in recent weeks they started serving wings that were NOT boneless wing street wings. They served me some stale none sense they got from the dollar store and had the audacity to call it âbuffaloâ boneless wings. When confronted about it the manager lady refused to give a refund she had a terrible attitude, was making sarcastic jokes. She kept walking away mid conversation. She insisted on remaking the wings. She not only brings me the wrong flavor of wings but this time she brings out the authentic wing street wings which had a much brighter color. The difference was night and day. When I asked âWhy she didnât serve this the first time?â She lied and said it was the same thing. I mean look at the picture does this look anything like wing street buffalo boneless? I wasnât gonna wait another 15 minutes for some wings my pizza was cold cause she left the box just sitting open on the counter for over half an hour and she kept walking away from me to avoid accountability making this encounter last over 45 minutes. I just wanted my money back. The woman kept making jokes and being childish instead of giving me a refund. It wasnât until I contacted corporate that I got my money back. I believe her name is Michelle, she is the manager ruining the Pizza Hut experience. If you donât want a hassle donât order from this location.
