ordered a pizza was informed that it would take an hour for carry-on and when I arrived the pizza was not warm and when I arrived home the crust was hard and I was extremely disappointed. It appeared as if the pizza was from the day before DEFINITELY not fresh. Pizza Hut should be ashamed for that quality of pizza. I've eaten at other locations and never had a problem. This location is doing something wrong to their customers. It was such a disappointment to eat hard horrible tasting pizza. They are treating their customers wrong. Pizza Hut was always my favorite ....not anymore. April 13 2024 last day for Pizza Hut for my family. Good Bye....

The last 2 orders I ordered light cheese and extra sauce. Instead I got light sauce and extra cheese. That is not something I am able to eat and was forced to throw away both times. Next time I will check the pizza before I walk out and if not to my liking I will leave it there.

02/11/2024- O STARS IS WHAT THEY DESERVE!!!I placed my order at 6:54 pm. Received a text stating my pizza would be delivered by 7:30. I did not get my pizza til 8:20 pm. I called the store and they have kept me on hold for going on 38 minutes. I tried calling from another phone and they kept me on hold there for 13 minutes! MY PIZZA WAS ICE COLD AND AN HOUR LATE!!!! THE MANAGER ON DUTY SHOULD FIRED!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I want my money back!!!!

This has been my go to spot for more than a decade and I will never go to this PizzaHut again. I paid for extra toppings and Pan upgrade for 2 pies and received with wrong toppings and hand tossed pizzas. I work for my money so not receiving something I paid for does not feel good. This is not a one time thing….last month same thing happened.

My order was a pepperoni pie pizza and a cinnamon roll order it was slow and there was only one cook. When I picked up my order it was not what I ordered, it was a cheese pie. The so called "manager" that helped me, hung up on me.
This is the WORST PIZZA HUT of them allThe only thing good about this place was how the manager kept apologizing for all the wait and all the messed up orders that had to be redoneNEVER

Let me be honest, this place has the worst people working there absolutely disgusting. I went there a few days ago with my son he wanted to get pizza and where we live we don't have a Pizza Hut in our town so this place is the closest place to us. So my son placed the order for a personal pan for himself they gave him an attitude because they wanted to keep on talking about whatever the conversation was about. As we waited for the pizza in the car right in front of the store we could see that two of the employees were scratching their private area and taking the garbage out and didn't wash their hands and started to open the pizza boxes that were coming out to do a quality check ?? I told my son we are out of here there is no way we are eating anything from this place all that cross-contamination touching money and talking over people's food nasty. Don't go there or order anything from this place do yourself the favor.
