I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut after this. Not only was part of my 50 dollar order missing, when I tried to call back and get it redelivered, the Pizza Hut person who picked up said he would call when it would be redelivered. Not only did I not know any of this was going through DoorDash, but the the order was CANCELLED. I argued back and forth with DoorDash for my order and they claimed it didn’t even exist. How does that even make sense when I have an order number for both pizza hut and DoorDash?? You must be scamming people.
The pizza was doughy, the breadsticks didn’t have any marinara, the front was unprofessional, yelling to “put me on hold.” I will never order from this hole in the wall ever again. Literal hell.
I made an order directly with Pizza Hut and they put the order through door dash.
The Door Dasher did not deliver the food. They traveled in a different direction. After calling Pizza Hut for a refund they referred me to Door Dash. Door Dash said “my order did not exist” then told me “it’s already been refunded” which it was not.
Pizza Hut should’ve refunded me outright and should not be using a 3rd party delivery service when called. I didn’t order through Door Dash so why is my order going through them?
Never buying from here again. They doing funny business.

My order was not in the correct and new My Hut Box. The pizza and fries did not fit in the packaging because it was not the right box. Also the personal pan pizza was to tiny with 8 fries...terrible

These guys are always good to me! Professional, polite and accommodating to everyone. It's one of the only places to get a good dinner for folks who get off work after midnight around here. Love that they're open till 2am!
