Just walked out after trying to order at 11:22pm. Immediately the “manager” said he could not take counter orders because he has a delivery to put away in the back. Interrupted me mid sentence to say “are you listening? Come here,” *points to his back stock* to show products he needs to store in the freezer, as if it was my issue. Idgaf. If you can’t get your staff and deliveries in order, without speaking first time customers as if it’s their problem, sure as hell don’t need their money. Didn’t give an attitude whatsoever and just walked out. Good luck y’all. Avoid this manager’s operation until they get someone who can handle normal operation. It ain’t hard, it’s all simple cheap pizza.✌️

I'm so sorry to say DO NOT order here they are very unproffesional . I ordered food from here and it took more than 2hrs for the delivery the food was cold and they missed my chicken order, and not only that but the manager was extremly rude and unproffesional. Not very accomdating .

The Delivery Driver had no clue where we were located even though we are in the same zip code and the address was written down in the app perfectly. Top it off they didn’t understand English or Spanish when they were asking for an address that was written down on the order… Then when it finally arrived 45 minutes late it was cold… Never ordering from this location again. Definitely the worst experience ordering something simple as pizza.

It’s like if you order after 6pm you can count on your order being wrong. Always a 5-15 mins wait. Always have to wait to speak to someone. And always double check your food before you leave.

I and 2 other people stood in the store for 10-15mins before someone even came to the front of the store. I had to ask if was anyone taking orders and that's when an employee came out and said they were only doing takeout orders because the delivery truck had just came in. Mind you, I stood there in the empty storefront for 10mins before the truck even pulled up. All of the employees, including the manager, were in the back doing nothing until I asked to place an order. When I asked to speak to the manager an employee who wasn't the manager came out and said the manager said weren't taking in store orders. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come out the back and speak to me. I then asked for the managers name and was told it was Chantel. When I asked for her full name so I could call corporate and put in a formal complaint I was denied. Corporate needs to replace the management here because clearly she's not qualified to do her job. Chantel was very unprofessional and rude and should be mopping floors since she doesn't want to engage with customers. This was my first and last time going to this Pizza Hut and if I could give it 0 stars I would!

They burned my pizza it tasted like it was 3 days old I purchased it in the Ogden store and drove all the way to mt Vernon to see it was the way it was drove back and had them change it they replaced it the pizza was like night and day but didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience of driving back and
