If the girls aren’t working in the front, then your order is gonna be messed up. The guy with the dreds is completely lost has no good customer service skills. My order was messed up. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes and wasn’t compensated in the least it’s disgusting

I've never had a problem with this location since I moved into the area last month. Food was great, service was great. I do have to ask if everything is okay, because this location has been closed since Tuesday. Other than that, I have no issues

Store as no ac, I feel mostly bad for the employees. This is my local pizza hut so I keep coming back... but I keep being disappointed. They forgot a topping today and there was basically no sauce... I should have checked before leaving the store but that's on me, I also tried calling and was put on hold until I made my way back to the store and hung up. The manager was nice enough and willing to help, but the employees were also talking about the customers in the kitchen... Goodluck to the manager here I can definitely tell she's trying. She's needs some better coworkers

Someone needs to retrain the employees at this location and teach them what the definition of extra means. Every time I order extra sauce and cheese it is made exactly like how it normally comes, dry. The only reason I order from here is because I'm too lazy to go farther for a Pizza.

So They definitely sell repurposed pizza. I ordered a hand-tossed pizza and they literally sent a thoroughly empty box. I couldn't stop laughing. It's the Bronx, what can you do. No one has a brain in this borough
They make good pizza. They just take forever to get the register. There’s never a person at the front. And there’s a thick glass barrier so when you go to pick up your order you have to literally bang on the glass or scream at them to come up to service you, other than that it’s pretty good food.

The delivery guy came only one item out of the seven items I bought. I called the store they guy said he forgot the rest of my order in the warmer and that he will send it which he never did. The delivery guy called and said someone else will come and they never did. I had to walk to the pizza hut location only for the guy to refuse me service basically robbing me finally someone from the back decided to remake my food because they gave my order to someone they don't know. It was a night mare I ended up getting my food plus a migraine.

Been here 3 times and all 3 times no one is at the register. If you don't tape on the bullet proof glass no one would know your there . While they are talking garbage in the back
