I was told by a friend this a popular wing spot. Now being a Sunday and itās also football season I can imagine the work load they might have. I say this because Iāve been working in the restaurant industry for over 10 yrs so I try and be considerate for all types of possibilities. But if my customer received these wings after ordering extra crispy they would be sent back and be given a new order because itās against health code violations to āremakeā food thatās been touched.
I even have noted that they can charge me for any substitutions as most place charge for these types of things or will not do them at all. So this isnāt about the money. The point is I work hard for my money so if I use it for a service that isnāt done correctly then the establishment should do something to rectify it. The app slice claims youāre denying any participation in finding a solution. To anyone seeing this use Uber eats because at least their help line can do something other than apologize too many times. As far as the restaurant the wings arenāt all that, you just get a good amount for the price they charge. But if youāre like me and understand how under cooked chicken can be sickening, youād be just upset about me. And Iām not talking about medium cooked a rib eye steak here. Pink chicken is not OKAY

This used to be the best wings in throggs neck. But we went on 50 cent wing Night and we will never be back. 1st, the wings came out out half sauced so we had to order more BBQ sauce. They also came without carrots or celery and we were informed that it was because the wings were 50 cents. No problem, we paid for the veggies. Then, after we filled up, we asked for our remaining wings to go. Apparently the wings that we paid for, aren't ours, because we were not allowed to take them with us, nor the veggies. Because, of course it was 50 cent wing Night. They should've told us all this B.S. before we ordered. And screw management for making these stupid policies. If you're going to be cheap as that, don't sell 50 cent wings.
