The food is definitely low mid. The service is in between terrible and ok lol. I ordered for delivery and with my order I asked for a Pepsi. My order came with a ginger ale! It's the fact that the decision was made for the customer(me) instead of just calling and asking. We asked to get it replaced and our replacement never came. The menu they give out is outdated with old prices so my order should of been 30 but was instead 35 and I gave 35 which ultimately means that the poor delivery guy thinks he got nothing when he should of received a $5 tip lol. When the food came the salad (cheap'o iceberg lettuce) was soggy and the tomatoes in it were old and soft. The fried plantains(tostones) were limp and old(not crunchy at all). The good news is that the rice was still white 🤣 This place is terrible honestly. What else do they have going that the customers dont know about. Don't eat here

Just know if you go here you pay based off the time you’re going to purchase food. Their prices charge depending on the time your going. Which makes no sense. It’s my first time dealing with something of the sorts. They will up charge you for no reason if your not paying attention.

Like a lot of places. Started good then slowly got worse. I like the place. It’s close to home. But had several issues. 1. Placed phone order received wrong sides 2. Placed phone order asked for total $ when delivery arrived bill was higher. 3. Placed phone order, asked how long for delivery. Was told when food is ready we’ll deliver. 4. Went to store asked for a Pernil combo, a staple dish. The cashier made a face of disgust and said don’t get it. So me and my family will not return

Pretty good food, ordered lunch after the NYRR Bronx 10 miler. Food was still hot after a 25 min subway home.
I had never eaten here before. I have other go-to places for this kind of food. I ordered the beef stew. It was pretty good. Checked all the boxes. Beef was tender and seasoned well, though a bit salty. Portion was good, but I thought the price was a little high. The side of moros was a bit dry and I don't know, lackluster. Maybe not my first choice, but I'd eat here again.
