They close before 10:44pm when it says 11pm. Are employees allowed to lock up food a half hour before closing and deny customers?

The service is horrible. An associate stated in a commanding voice that "You MUST USE THE MACHINE" Not computer, machine. While there were 4 other associates to assist with taking orders. The attitude and audacity made me leave and never return as a customer. Once he relieves he will be replaced by said "machine" he will be more customer service oriented. Good Bye Forever!

I’ve been visiting Parkchester for a little over a year now. Whenever I go there, I notice this particular Popeyes gets worse and worse! The staff are incredibly rude. They claim they cannot take orders because they have kiosks now. They made me wait about 15-20 mins for a manager. When I explained that I could not order from the kiosk because an item was not on there. The gentleman said that the item is no longer sold, and so I explained that I just got that same order no more than a week ago at another location in the Bronx. The family working there clearly do not want to engage with any of the customers and they only want to throw the food in a box. Corporate should mystery shop this restaurant because I have walked out 3 times, empty-handed because they refuse to do their jobs, in its entirety. I’ve never been to a restaurant that has family of staff that are consistently rude to their customers. They’re always closing an hour earlier and claim that they do not have anymore food. This location needs to shutdown and given to someone who enjoys that line of work since the staff are comfortable enough to verbally express in front of other patrons how they cannot put up with the customers.

They stole my wings from my Uber order and refused to answer my call about it

The staff is friendly and we have loved coming here for years. If something is unavailable the management and kind staff members work to make sure things are rectified.

Positive energy is always met with equally positivity here and that's what keeps us coming back.

They are now part of the EBT Restaurant Meal Program for older adults, unsheltered/homeless and disability EBT recipients which is great for those unable to prepare meals for themselves.

They've also installed ordering kiosks to help with long lines and wait times.

Most of the time the food is barely cooked. Staff does not pay attention to orders. Then will get an attitude over messing up your order or try to ignore you as if they didn’t give you the wrong food. Syed has given me the wrong order multiple times or has charged me for items I did not order. Most recent was a order of boneless wings and I was given ghost pepper bone in wings. When I went back a different person took care of me and she acted as if she didn’t pack my food.

This Popeyes peoples are so rude. They are not good to with the customer. They don’t have item at all if I ask any sauce, they don’t have it and they don’t have the Popeyes fries. This still only the plane fries
