Wow, 2 days in a row they closed early. The first time I came with 5min before 11, the doors were locked: ok I get it I cut it close. The second time 20min before close and they waved me and another customer and said "no food" ~ this was about a year ago but my first experience.Tried again during the day, the food is delicious and fresh, and the staff are also very nice, particularly a young woman who's worked there for a long time.The service has definitely gotten better over time.

First of all I’m angry as heeeell‼️‼️ AFTER TELLING THE LADY NO MAYO NO MAYO LIKE 20 times and they freaking put Mayo! Not only is the bun the wrong bun but the lack of communication I’m so freaking hungry nothing to eat it’s to cold to walk back I’m done with this place!!

I placed a online order here about 10 minutes before I arrived to the restaurant when I arrived I waited and waited for someone and there was other people waiting so about 8 minutes later a cashier came I told them I am here for my order they said it wasn’t ready and it should’ve been ready by now since it’s been 20 minutes since I ordered and I was told that I had to wait five to 10 minutes because they had no more chicken I eventually got my food over 30 minutes after placing the order! I will not be ordering here again!!

Ordered the new 6 piece Honey BBQ Wings. This was the saddest BBQ wings ever. There was 2 drizzle of BBQ sauce on them and 2 wings had no sauce at all. Considering I got Honey BBQ, I don't like spicy food. Welp the wings were GHOST PEPPER WINGS with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. I wish this allowed me to post the picture of my order.
Employees were playing around in the back while there was on cashier waited almost 20 minutes to order they need to hire more workers and be more stricter.
