I’m so glad this Popeyes has reopened! The place has been very busy, but I’ve already eaten here twice since they reopened, and both times, the food was fresh and hot. The service has improved a lot as well. Erika, who took my order, was very nice and attentive, making sure everything was correct. Even with the crowd, the wait time wasn’t bad at all. Definitely happy to have this location back and looking forward to coming again!

I've been to this location many times over the years. It has struggled since 2020. Someone associated with this location is answering reviews saying its closed for renovation. It was closed by NYC Health Dept for unsanitary conditions. That is publicly available info. Each inspection date shows what was found. Hopefully management can get it together. Staff was struggling. Food ran out regularly.
