I ordered online for pick up. I have never received such bad quality food or service in my life. 10 piece chicken only came with leg and thighs. Fries were soggy and under cooked. The red beans and rice was hard, crispy and dry. The mac and cheese was missing completely. The bone in wings was Boneless. Never not once did any for the employees tell me that said items were out. Everyone in this store needs to be fired and store shut down for such horrible quality of food and lack of competence. Absolutely disgusting the service and quality of food.

Where do I begin? Popeyes is affordable and convenient and this is usually me and my friends go to spot after a nice gym session. As of today this is the last time I step foot into this restaurant not only because the food has been extremely underwhelming lately, but also the lack of customer service within this store. As a paying customer I deserve to eat my food in peace within the restaurant but unfortunately that wasn’t the case due to the fact that me and my friends were being forced to leave the restaurant 12 minutes before closing hours? The store clearly closes at 11:00 and the employees were saying despiteful things under their breaths, Many other individuals can relate and we should not be deliberately tolerating this type of behavior from staff in our beloved Popeyes. Would not recommend.

Please review your orders before you leave the facility. I ordered a 2 piece dark meat, leg and thigh special, since they did not have any ready they tried to sneak breast in the box. When I corrected them, the response was there isn't any and it would be a 20 minute wait. They were upset with me and were talking amongst themselves.

I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and the last time I ordered chicken tender, fries and a biscuit, and the tenders are very burnt by the oil, apart from the meat there was no dough and they gave me little fries. It seems that these women count the little pieces before putting them in the bag and laying them out very small.

I feel that individuals that work in customer service specifically the food industry should use common sense. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal with 1 biscuit a side of red beans and rice and a side of mashed potatoes. Why don’t you ever have any WILD HONEY MUSTARD?! Like take it off the menu at this point. Then you proceed to give me 1 bbq sauce for 4 pieces of chicken, bc you added an extra piece (thank you), and 3 strawberry jam packets for 1 biscuit. The math is not adding up. Was I supposed to put the jam on the chicken instead of the biscuit? When you spend $10 on a meal condiments should never be an issue. No napkins and no straw! Please do better. The customer service sucks.

Parking: There are multiple businesses here with a lot of parking. It's gets busy but never had a problem finishing parking yet

Food is good but the service is not good. You can tell it's racially motivated. Southeast Asians who seem upset that they have to serve ppl who are darker. I know they deal with colorism within their own communities.
