Where do I begin… First and foremost, get some black people up in Popeyes!!! They’re serving soggy, oily chicken, hard, dry biscuits, and they’re not giving any white meat when you order a family meal!! It’s really bad. The strawberry biscuits are awful! Then they gave me the new chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese without it!! The communication is off, and it’s just bad for business! Somebody needs to call the health department.

Went in today, super dirty but as a person who works in fast food myself .. I get it, when the store is busy certain things can get away from you but I can’t make an excuse for the how rude the workers are to customers. Standing in line I witnessed workers constantly talk with an attitude to people, talk about the customer In their language and make faces. When it got to my turn, same thing even though I was super kind. It’s crazy, you guys expect people to be nice to you but don’t do it back.It ruins the whole experience. And again as someone who works in the same industry this is just messed up.

POPEYES chain is selling chicken wings smaller than nuggets and calling them Ghost Pepper Wings which looks like newbirn chickens where killed. Staff at every location I’ve attended on the occasions I purchase fiid are always customer friendly can’t say the same for the food. Don’t sell baby chickens pls.

After ordering the 3 piece chicken tender and the 3 piece combo, I started to feel sick afterwards. Was throwing up and had bad diarrhea. Come to find out it’s food poisoning! Please do better Popeyes. Currently waiting on my refund or some kind of compensation.
