They are cheap and cheating with customers, I brought 8 pieces nugget combo, paid about $12 and got broken small pieces of nuggets and about 12/13 sticks of fries in one small box.

Spent $30 bucks in here. When we asked for a cup of water for my toddler son, the man gave a very weird facial expression and the woman just made it so difficult. Just a cup of water! I’ve seen so many ppl running this location but these ppl were the rudest. They also didn’t provide napkins. Do better!

On march 2023 I spent $35 an the chicken was RAW. I went home spoke to the Male manager & he could have careless. There is another manager an older lady & she is worst than him. The Popeyes on E.174st has the most DISRESPECTFUL Managers & the workers are not even to speak of. I went there on March 2023 and the Chicken was RAW by the time I got home I called and the manager said he couldn't do anything about even with receipt & pictures. So today I went to purchase something for someone the manager recognized me & told the worker to give an extra Large Side order for the inconvenience the last time. The worker asked me what did I want I said Mac/Cheese now another older lady who was a manager as decided to give me Mash/ gravy and I told her that's not what I want & she replied well that's what your getting. But I made sure I got what I wanted.Moral of all this is that at this location the friendliness goes out the window. You ask for something & they give you what they want and won't realize it until you have left. And just because the chicken looks CRUNCHY OUTSIDE DOESN'T MEAN IS FULLY COOKED & they ONLY HIRED THERE ON RACE. You'll NEVER see a Hispanic or African American working there. O'h wait before I left a customer complaint that her chicken was RAW & she showed them and they put an excuse. She had to raise her voice in order to get her money back.YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER SHAME ON YOU & YOUR BUSINESS.POPEYES 949 E. 174STBX,NYIn order for me to post this REVIEW I had to give it a star will put 1STAR but in reality it DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STAR

Not a good value. The prices are expensive and you don’t get value for the money. The employees are slow and cut corners on the portion sizes.Very disappointed by this location. Avoid.
