Every time I visit the Popeyes at 1905 Story Ave, it’s a great experience! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and delicious, and the service is on point. I want to give a special shoutout to Oli—he’s always respectful, fast, and keeps things running smoothly, even during the rush. He makes this spot stand out. It's definitely my favorite Popeyes in the Bronx!
I just left Popeyes. I got a spicy sandwich and 6 piece Ghost pepper wings. The Ghost pepper wings were too hot. I sincerely didn’t ask for Ghost pepper wings. I make sure if I go back again. The young lady who served me had a nice demeanor. But she needs to listen better.
I love Popeyes and their food, but I can't say the same about the staff at this location. They don't speak good English, don't really treat you as a person, and tend to nod off and laugh while you're right there waiting for your order. Additionally, they take too long to make any orders. Don't even bother ordering your food online or through their app—they won't make your order until you show up. This wouldn't be a big deal, but the issues...
