I ordered online & waited 20 mins in store. After I asked them about my order is when the worker requested my order begin being prepared what I ordered takes time which I know & is why i made the order in advance to not have to wait super long. They wanted me to wait an extra time for my food to be ready on top of the time I already waited I requested a refund and the manager would not provide me a refund he gave me an issue The service was poor when I first walked in the store. The ladies literally ignored me and did not even ask to take my order or if I was picking up. Mind you I was standing AT THE COUNTER.

i got a spicy chicken sandwich and it had a hair in it on top of being cold in the middle. i returned it and asked for a new one and received a ton of attitude for it, along with the cashier going "what do you want whats wrong with it all the sandwiches are the same temperature", and waving me off when i mentioned the hair. theyre extremely unprofessional

Food here is decent but sometimes the service sucks. The workers act like they don’t want to give you sauces with a chicken sandwich. Then when I had a coupon they said I need to have the actual coupon and not a screen shot. Either way my coupon was valid. They make things a tad more difficult than it needs to be.
