Premium Sweets & Restuarant

Well went to this place yesterday. Premium sweets starling The Bronx. Had high expectations for their sweets as I came to canada I wanted to try the premium sweets here. The atmosphere and service were okay.
But the main thing ( Sweets ) was horrible. Idk what I tasted. They really need to work on that. So basically wasted 13 dollars of my money.

I've ordered iftar from this restaurant twice now and I'm very satisfied, both with food and service. Khan Uncle is so nice and goes above and beyond to help you. The food is great and service is reliable. Aside from catering for iftar, I've had dinner her with my family and friends and it was also great. The food is quality desi food. They also have good cha 😁

Sour sweet really bad experience for their other. I buy this sweet.

Very bad service doesn’t offer plate or water. Their customer service is very bad. I don’t recommend this place.

Very bad always cheat customer never go to them we went few time all time same service and cheat with food and price is too much

Premium Sweets & Restaurant offers a good selection of traditional sweets that are fresh and flavorful. I usually get my sweets from there because the quality is consistent. However, the prices are quite high compared to other places, which can be a bit frustrating. While the taste is good, I’m not always sure it justifies the cost. Overall, it’s decent, but I wish it were more reasonably priced.

I was surprised by the food, it’s excellent! They don’t have a lot of stuff to order online via door dash or seamless so best to go in person. It’s also clean and I like the way they pack the food. The premium in Jackson Heights Queens is nothing compared to this.

Dirty Utensils, Unskilled servers, Over priced, lacking in keeping food quality.

I'm pretty sure my 'homemade' cake came from the same bakery that supplies gas station pastries. I conducted a thorough forensic analysis (read: taste test) and found traces of 'mass-produced sponge' and 'suspiciously uniform frosting.' The only thing they made in-house was the mess when they slopped some whipped cream on top. I'm not mad, just disappointed... and a little impressed with their dedication to deception. If you're looking for a baking mystery to solve, this is your place. If you want real homemade cake, keep walking.

Food service is too bad.

I Went there last night to eat dinner one of the girl with hijabi her attitude is so bad and she was so rude, She doesn’t know what is called customer service.When I talked about this to my friends everyone has problems with her,I think management should get rid of her for their better business.

I used to go there regularly, and many of their employees are very nice. However, on Sunday, December 29th, 2024, I placed an order for Khichuri and asked the guy (with watch and skinny, not the younger one, new old guy) for the price. He was very rude.

I was in the restaurant 11/27/24 around 3 pm front service was worse 4 man working can’t still handle the orders dining room is empty not even 20 people seating down.
I had to wait 10 to Oder & another 12 minutes to get my food on the tables. I was keep asking for food because my parking meters are getting expired soon.
