They close the store HALF AN HOUR before closing time. The staff is RUDE. Qdoba gives you queso and guac for free this one charges for guac! Overall it's a black eye to the franchise!

Other than the food everything was terrible. I've been to there other locations its nothing like this, its absolutely terrible even the staff and they don't have a reatroom for customers.

Was my first time ordering from here. I ordered a chicken bowl which included guacamole. I was enjoying my food until I got to the guacamole. I've never had crunchy guacamole before so I spit it out to find the skin and the stud of the avocado in the guacamole. I was livid and if I wasn't home I would have taken the food back. The food didn't taste but I lost my appetite once I encountered avocado skin. That was my first and last time eating there.

The gentleman working the counter moved quickly and efficiently, while being friendly and listening to my order. I also love that he did not skimp on the portions (unlike chipotle where they are so cheap and I have to request they scoop a little more, and then they seem bothered) which is very helpful as I also ordered for my 2 growing sons (who eat a lot), and we all left full and satisfied. Unfortunately there are not many Qdoba locations in NYC, but this one definitely lives up to the standards and food I’ve eaten at other locations outside of the city and I will be returning.

I ordered for dinner today through Uber eats, specifically for the Chicken Quesadillas like I used to in the past, and I was very shocked and disappointed with what I received.
This has happened to me once before, but I assumed the problem would fix itself and since it’s months later , I figured why not order again from here?
For $20 wasted on the chicken quesadillas I am shocked about what I received. The food came back clunky , the quesadillas didn’t even have a form , and the insides were soggy and not even properly cooked. I will not be ordering from here again nor buying anything from here, and I suggest no one does either unless you want to end up sick. I have emailed the place, but i am too disappointed and disgusted to not leave a review.

I really enjoyed the food and service originally but I went to this location at 9:30 was able to walk in for them to tell me they are closed when the posted closing time is 10pm on top of not being served the employee I spoke with was very rude and I wasn't the only customer he turned away claiming they close at 9:30

Giving chipotle a run for their money. I had the Cholula hot & sweet chicken, it was really good. I didn’t need hot sauce like in chipotle, just really good flavors. The guacamole is really good, queso was a ok but I’m not really a queso fan. The chips were fresh, crispy and not greasy.
