New Rainbow Chinese Restaurant

They lady behind the counter is rude. She yells at the customer. I asked for pork fried rice and they gave me pork lo mein. And got mad because I just wouldn't take the lo mein. They need someone with a better attitude and respect that im shopping and eating in my neighborhood.

What can I say, this is probably one of the best Chinese stores i have eaten from in a while. The 2 wings, 6 shrimps with chicken & broccoli is so good, the portion size is on point, this food is immaculate imo, haven't been disappointed yet, the lemonade is freshly made, taste so good, if you need it little more sweet, you can just add you're own sugar. Over all, 4/5. Specifically because they are not open on sunday and they close a little too early imo. Typically only 1 - 2 cooks

They make up the price on the spot, and claim things are more expensive than others but it’s just price gouging to rip you off

The woman is so disrespectful I’m am disgusted with this place , this place needs to close down the woman is always yelling and the food do not be done right , one day me and my best friend had ordered chicken and fries and we had told her we didn’t want it anymore because we had to hurry and go somewhere and the food wasn’t ready yet and she got mad and told us to not come no more . She’s always yelling and rolling her eyes I’m sick of this service in this store.

I called trying to make an order I wasn’t even understanding what the lady was saying instead of repeating she hung up in my ears. I called back and she did the samething will never try to order from here again

I ordered 5 wings and fried rice. Two of the bigger wings were bloody - half done. So when you order fried wings, tell them well done. I am finished eating food here. I cook at home now. Raw or undercooked poultry can make you very ill. I told the lady and she was trying to defend it. No More Eating at Rainbow Chinese Restaurant! Maybe I should have informed The NY Public Health Department.
