The servicer had the nastiest attitude from the moment I walked through the door...no smile, greeting, nothing. I asked if she was ok, or maybe having a bad day...her response was: what do you want to order. I started to order nothing and just walk out. So I placed my order and ate there. If I say the food was just ok would be an understatement. I had a single turkey wing, rice& peas with cabbage. Everything tasted like ketchup and sugar. Will never go order from that restaurant again. Keep your food young lady with the bad blonde wig and bad attitude. I hope the owner reads this review. P.S. I Caribbean descent and I can cook better than that. Sorry to write a bad review but I believe bad customer service should be "called out".

Food was amazing. But the lady that was serving had attitude and seemed annoyed. I thought they were about to close when I came in so maybe that’s why she has an attitude. However, after checking the reviews I see that all the lower reviews are based on the experience each had with the young lady instead of the food. Need to work on customer service!

The young girl who works there has a very unprofessional attitude with her choice of customers. She is not polite at all like she doesn’t want to be there. The place looks nice and clean food is ok. They show negative behavior to our community and take our money. Thats how businesses get shut down. All it takes is one bad review so let’s be more professional and keep the negativity away from the business. I won’t be ordering here anymore.

Some foods you will enjoy, but the fry dumplin is filled with sugar. The total bill has to be $10 or more using a card. The server acted as if you came to her house to bother her for food. She handed me my receipt as if she scorned me.

Oxtails a HIT! So necessary for the area. Wish them continued success and longevity! Only tiny grip is I like my oxtails just a tiiiiiny bit sweeter, a tad more. But that’s not gonna stop me from ordering, love these guys.
The most important thing is customer service so even if the food is awesome the customer service will over shadow it all I have visited the establishment on a few occasions and each time the girls making the food at the register they have every nasty attitudes I mean their demeanor is just nasty as though they don’t want to serve you so I have been there twice won’t be a third time this restaurant gets two thumbs down and it’s a shame because I like the food …..
