The Customer service is absolutely disgusting. The attitude that they have is unnecessary. I do not recommend coming here. Today my Husband spent 70$ here for our family dinner. The experience he encountered was absurd. We needed 4 orders and after the lady made two plates she was so rude to say " OMG HOW MANY ORDERS ARE YOU GETTING"? I thought we found a new jamaican restaurant to order from. But never have I ever experienced anyone so rude about someone spending money in THEIR restaurant. She was rude to every customer there before him. Getting upset at the customers for asking for extra gravy. It's ridiculous, she was so angry two of my orders were completely wrong and the other two was packed upside down. Almost everything fell out. THEY DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY, they want to ruin your day and waste your time. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. GET A NEW STAFF !

The food was phenomenal. The oxtails were tender, the portions were plentiful and the price was better than I've seen in a while. The staff were attentive and polite. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.

Recently went very unprofessional no menus at all so you don’t even know if you’re getting scammed. Mac and cheese was very old and bland. Cabbage was old and cold. Staff wasn’t very welcoming either first and last time going. Don’t waste your money!
The service is distracted. I ordered, but missed lots of part of the order. No attention to details. But the food was good.

My daughter and I are new to the area and was looking for Jamaican food. We found Ranch. We ordered the Curry goat with cabbage and rice peas and J*** chicken plates med.. Both were delicious. The cabbage was good as well as the rice and peas ( which weren't dry). Portions were as expected. The lady who took our order was pleasant and cordial. We will be back. We really enjoyed the food!

Loveeeeeee eating here!!! The food is always fresh. The service is polite. My favorite dish is the ackee and salt fish and I love the fried shrimp. Ohhhh the fish is banging too!! Keep up the great work! Sometimes I eat in and sometimes I take it to go. Either way it’s always A1- delicious!
