Terrible service, gave out dirty forks, and spilled a drink all over my phone ! Absolutely disgusting. They didn't even apologize for my phone damage, Absolutely unacceptable.

Buy a simple lunch with a malt to take away. It turns out that according to the cashier he lets me know the amount. It's $18.50. I ask him why so much. That for the card they charge 4%. When I look at the receipt it says $20.39. As if I had received waitress services or something like that. The problem is that it tells me before the 18.50 is for the card. Say ok. When I looked at the receipt they attacked me and charged me 20.39. And to finish off the restaurant is called the sazón de mela. And the receipt says Rancho Dominicano. My people, check carefully before leaving restaurants. For me it burned. Begging a little from each one who stops at that restaurant.

Not sure why others were complaining but my experience was wonderful. The service was great the ladies were all very sweet and attentive. Food was delicious and their natural juices were the best natural juices I've tasted. Food also looked and tasted very fresh.

Baked chicken is probably one of the easiest things to make, The chicken looked good. But it was so dry and rubbery And was missing "sazon"... Nice people though

Disgusting & the service is even more distasteful. The woman will shout “hey!” to get your attention due to her lack of customer service & then hand you food that tastes like everything else they’ve cooked on the grill. $6.80 for a bacon egg and cheese on a roll when i could’ve just licked their grill & had everything on the menu. Would not recommend. Disgusting.

The most horrible food I have ever eaten is that, and it was also expensive. The dry chicken, the pernii too, is not worth it.

Service was horrible. We got there when it was empty. I ordered mangu and my friend ordered a bistec with veggies on the side. Other parties got there after us but got their food first. We might’ve waited 45 mins for this food. Our server wasn’t apologetic at all when I finally got her attention to ask about where the food was, nor did she explain why it was taking so long. Will not be going back.
