I used to love coming to this bakery. I’ve been ordering from this bakery since my daughter was three years old; she is 29 now. This bakery has been slacking. Their cakes used to be delicious, not to mention how the ladies are rude and take their time to acknowledge you are there waiting to place an order. Their cakes now do not taste the same. I ordered a cake for my daughter's bday; not only was the texture hard, but they spelled her name wrong.

Not Very welcoming. I purchased a cake here for a birthday party one bite in tasted old pineapple tasted expired don't recommend this place to anyone i took it back the next day got my money back.

I visited this store to order a cake and the moment I stepped in the young lady at the desk had a bad attitude, facial expression ect. She became even more visibly annoyed when she realized I didn't speak Spanish. Another female came out and was also very standoffish, went to help another customer while I was trying to ask questions. And then tells me they only accept cash when a friend of mine just used her card, literally the day before. I just left at that point, it was clear I was not welcomed. And I will not be returning.

So it's Christmas Eve and I know I'm late trying to find a cheese cake. I go to Nitin's bakery. The young lady behind the counter informs me there are no cheesecake in the fridge, fine, who happened to be rude & impatient for no reason, the store was not crowded. As im there they put 2 more cheesecakes in the fridge, so I asked a young man if they were for sale and they were.The young lady never told they were making, to wait a few more minutes and she was racist becuz she thought, they all thought that I was black, i am, I'm afro latina. They assumed I didn't speak their language. The cheesecake was okay nothing to rave about.This bakery use to be really, really good but not anymore

Provided an unstable cake, wrong color for the letters, melted and top floor completely collapsed.Called them to let them know and was met with attitude and blame saying the cake was held wrong and that's why it collapsed which makes no sense as I'm still waiting to find the support that they put to hold the top layer up.Cake was not that tall either, I've seen taller and have carried way heavier cakes and this job was just sloppy and rushed.Very irresponsible and poor customer service. Don't recommend this establishment.

Ready-to-buy cakes are good and the right sizes from 1/2 lb to 1 lb. 1lbs.=$50They do custom cakes, should be placed in advance obviously. ??Experience: Younger woman at register seemed annoyed when I came. I told her I want a birthday cake with vanilla filling with pink decorating. She just stared at me and then pointed at paper with the prices per weight of cake. As if she can't just say it. On top of that, she talked to friend that came in to just talk for a minute.I was hoping to talk with the older woman on the phone. She seemed nicer, like a grandmother wanting to serve you the cake you want.

If you want to taste real Dominican ?? cake flavor get a cake here. The best flavor is the pineapple cake. They bake the cake from scratch and the frosting and filling are made the same day. I got 3 cakes for my wedding I still get call from people asking me where I got my cakes. This is THE BEST PLACE. Highly recommend it.
