The worst Chinese food I order. I order a shrimp fried rice no onions or vegetables just shrimp and rice. No good.

In the Bronx you can nearly find a Chinese Restaurant on every few blocks. They come a dime a dozen, but whatever block Rich Restaurant is on bypass it because it's some of the worst Chinese food you could eat. For one I ordered two lunch special combos of General Tso's and Sparerib tips. Both at a cost of $8.15 a piece. So how does that equal nearly $25 upon delivery. On top of that they were served in small round plastic containers with hardly anything in it. The pork fried rice was a mushy mess and didn't have anything in it...not even the pork. The rib tips were tough and salty. The general Tso's wasn't any better. It was dry and tough as well. They didn't even garnish it with a piece of broccoli. I will never order from this place again. The menu has been trashed.

The WORST CHINESE restaurant EVER, of ALL time. We ordered fried rice and got yellow bland oily rice. No napkins, the shrimp were dry and the chicken was yellow inside. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXPENSIVE GARBAGE WHEN YOU CAN EAT OUT OF A DUMPSTER MUCH CHEAPER AND TASTIER.

This is not Rich! They kept the name but different owners. The food is horrible and they are not friendly at all. They also owned the Chinese restaurant across the street, Yummy House, which is no better.

Don’t order from them, the woman was very rude she messed up my order because she was in the process of answering another call, while I was placing my order. When I called to tell them my order was incorrect she proceeded to tell me that it was my fault. Ma’am you took MY order and she never even repeated the order back to me for verification, before hanging up, because she was in a rush to take another order, I’m Never ordering from this place again, absolute horrible customer service and extremely rude. Blaming the customer for their mistakes and lack of professionalism not acceptable, lost my businesses for good.

Li's Kitchen this is not! I had a large wonton soup yesterday and one may ask...how can you 'F' up wonton soup? This place did. Also 7 bucks? Seriously?

This place isn’t RICH before COVID. They are currently owned by Yummy House since they have open back up. They are very rude! The prices are absolutely ridiculous. The food is trash. I’m surprised they are even still open but I’m pretty sure it’s only because people in the neighborhood don’t realize they are owned by the people across the street. Highly wouldn’t recommend.

If I could put no stars I would. DO NOT eat at this place, unless you’re into food poisoning!!!! For spare ribs they give you bones, burnt with lots of barbecue sauce on them. If it wasn’t for being after work and having to get back into the car to drive there, I would have gone back to return them. They should be shut down. I asked if it was the same ownership and they said yes. I don’t believe them. No one from the old crew was there and the food is definitely not the same. This place used to be very good. It’s horrible! DO NOT go there. I’ve warned you!! Chicken with broccoli was filled with overcooked broccoli and hardly any chicken. And what chicken was there was like rubber. DO NOT go to this place!!!!!!

I was shocked when I picked up 2 orders of chicken wings and paid an astonishing price of 15.50 and an Additional 2dollars for using a debit card .after all that I was disappointed to see how small the wings were .this restaurant has really gone down

The food was cheap the rice tasted like cardboard. My general tso chicken had no spice and no broccoli. Also the food is expensive and smelled like dirty rag. I don't mean to criticize with ill intent but, don't cut corners charge more and expect good reviews from old costumers.
This place used to be really good. This was the first time I'd gone since it reopened, and I really wish I'd seen the recent reviews first and gone somewhere else. The fried rice doesn't have anything in it any more, it's just rice, and it's dry and tasteless. There was hardly any chicken in my container, and zero veggies, it was mostly just rice. The soup tastes like straight cheap powdered bouillon. And that's after they charged me a dollar more than the price in the menu they left on my porch literally yesterday.

Raised prices , delivery charge now and food quality no longer there. The fried rice no longer has green onion and onion to save money. I will have to bypass this one.

Im extremely upset with the behavior of the new owners. Waited an hour and a half for our food only to be told it was delivered to the wrong person. I had to contact them to find this information out and when I told them i no longer wanted to wait for a new order the rude employee hung the phone up on me. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. Rude and overpriced.
