The delivery guy is super rude... but the food is better than the Chinese across the street so I continue to go for pick up. If I want delivery I'll try and order from a different spot...Edited:When I try to order from a different spot I always wish I would have picked it up from Rich. They really do make awesome Chinese food. Giving them 5 stars now.... hopefully Mr. Grumpy is gone.
Great Chinese take out . Much better than the one across the street. Always fresh food as they have extensive orders throughout the day. Clean and fast. Been going here for the past 13 years.
I've been a regular here for many years. The food is consistently good and fresh. I asked the owner why he doesn't offer Postmates, UberEats, etc. He says the restaurant is short on staff and he wants to prioritize on keeping his current customers satisfied. He doesn't want to sacrifice quality for more business. That says much about his commitment to his food and his customers.
