Im just saying from the readings i would not go eat in this restaurant, if somebody had told me about it come on .. ONE STAR - wow

I ordered on door dash .. $28 for oxtail dinner it was warm when it arrived and not tasty at all. Rice is mushy as hell no vegetable ,There was no utensils in the bag and a lot of extra spice on the food I’m very upset with this order I will not be ordering again

I've never left a bad review before, but there is a first for everything. I ordered on uber eats and upon delivery the food was luke warm, I hesitated to accept the food, but I figured since the delivery man was on a bike and it was a little cold outside, the food cooled down in route. Once inside I figured I'll just microwave the food, but when I opened the bag, the food smelled rancid and looked spoiled. What I ordered was entirely unbeatable. I've been to their location on Fish ave and never experienced a problem like this there. I'm surprised the location on Burke ave would allow food like this to be delivered.

Asked for extra extra gravy on the rice and oxtails and soon as I got home my mother told me they didn't put no gravy on her food I will never go there again wasted money

I couldn’t believe my eyes, when I ordered two small orders of fried chicken and rice. The server gave each order one drumstick and a plate full of rice! Not even a drumstick and thigh. The worst part was the price that they charge at the end! 18 dollars?!!!! Like are you people insane? Not to mention the food taste as if it’s been sitting there all day! I will not be returning to this restaurant. I’ll advise you all to spend your hard earn money elsewhere. They obviously only care about their pockets. It’s restaurants like this that gives others just like it a terrible name!

I asked a friend to pick up some chicken soup for me. The soup contained very little meat, some of the potatoes were hard, and there were only a few dumplings.

They didn't send me what I asked for, they send what they want regardless of the client's will, they should close this place or worse we should go and burn them

They have a full menu and I haven't tried everything but there's no motivation to... and There is one nice little lady with a short cut working there... has good customer service. That is really all the good there is to say. The food is truly trash...thr goat, the oxtail, the sweet and spicy chicken, the curry chicken...smh...so oily too....flavor always fall real short like someone jumping over a ditch but only make it half way cross....once I got a piece of fried chicken and it was decent but it also have under taste like that chicken you buy on wholesale discount because its the last day it can be sold.... You won't get veg and plantain and if you ask they make a fuss. It's real lazy considering the competition in the area. It's pretty lazy to open up after a looooong shut down and do nothing to encourage new customers and a more inviting layout but who am I... They going off a name from back in the days and relying on a local dwindling customer base of very lazy sedentary pallets that probably don't cook very well at their own homes or don't have the time to cook good food....but the new open spot is garbage. If you want a bunch of oil go get it...I have given them 4 chances and have literally thrown the food out each time or put in the fridge to see if I get so hungry that I eat for a midnight snack....but its that bad. The rice is decent but it's hard to mess that up. One time I came in a 5 people stood in front of me behind the glass and they took literally over a minute to say hi how are you....I just walked out...when places got 5 ppl standing in the front doing nothing and can't notice a customer then thry must be doing way too much business and don't have time for new customers.

They fell off bad, not worth it anymore

They really falling off I see why people stop buying food there the rice wasn’t cooked properly, some hard uncooked parts throughout, and the meat was not worth the price. These people talk up and playing around the food.

Ordered a jerk chicken dinner today and received ice cold chicken with warm rice. The restaurant has a sign that says no exchanges or review but then they service cold mediocre food. I obviously returned and informed them the chicken was cold and then received Luke warm pieces instead. The customer service is also horrible. I couldn’t even finish the food. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

This is my first time leaving a review ever. I got spolied rice on two different occasions. The food is nasty and they give Richie Rich a bad name...close this location or change

They honestly pissed me off. I ordered red peas soup and I was sent Goat soup. I don't even eat goat soup!! The reviews are RIGHT! They do not send you what you order and don't have the DECENCY to call and let you know! I do not recommend.
