As much as I enjoyed this place, I'm simply not ordering from here ever again. I ordered on Uber Eats and they did not pack my other order only its broth.I assumed that a simple mistake would be rectified; however i was also, simply wrong. Not only did staff make it seem like it was not their problem, the Manager then according to the lady on the phone her "Head Chef" stated that even if they were to make the body of my ramen, there is no Driver so they can not help although they left the item I paid for.Safe to say I made a beautiful Fruity Pebbles Ramen with Oatmilk for the night.
I’ve been here twice and I like the variety of ramen they have. It’s not traditional ramen flavors but I enjoyed the oxtail ramen ! I love dumplings and theirs is good I would just prefer my sauce on the side if you take it to go but I ate mine there. (Just giving a heads up) I enjoyed their drink portions as well. Prices went up btw so it’s a bit expensive for the oxtail ramen $24..
The food was so good and perfectly done, I got the spicy chicken curry and my friend got the bbq ramen. Definitely will come back and try the other types of ramen and appetizers.
I ordered with one of one coworkers and got the Currie chicken. I could not never even eat more the 2 spoon after discovering pieces of Wood on my soup not one but a couple. I’m upset since the soup is not cheap $20. Would not return or buy from there anymore.Since you say your kitchen is “wood free” please explain to me what this is in the picture? If it’s not wood it’s sticks ????♀️
The j*** buns was amazing. It had the right amount of spice and sweetness. The soup was good next time I want to try the j*** chicken noddles I heard that’s a hit.
I had the “ Spicy ? “ chicken ramen not j*** chicken. It was simply to runny with no consistency and watery texture. No spice detected ? was totally watered down to the point where you can see through the broth.
As a “picky eater”, I am always hesitant to try new restaurants but when I caught wind that there was a black-owned Ramen restaurant conveniently located here in the Bronx, I had to give it a try! I had the pleasure of dining in at this establishment and as I saw from my time there , they have a very active carry-out menu as well. The location was very sanitary and the staff & other patrons followed all covid-19 guidelines. My server was very pleasant & provided great customer service. The establishment was accommodating with the customization of my order - I ordered Vegetable Ramen (as I previously mentioned, I am a “picky eater”). Overall, I enjoyed my food. It tasted great, was portioned well, & aesthetically pleasing to the eye. My favorite part was the edible flower. I will definitely be returning.
Food is pretty good! They have nice serving sizes and even good pricing options to get double portions on their ramen! I only tried two things from their menu, but they were both good. The place looks very cute and cozy, they are always playing some anime which I think is a very nice touch to the ascetic and overall vibe of the place. Will certainly be back!
I wanted to love this place but it’s got it’s good and the bad. The food is very good, extremely tasty. Ramen with a mix of West Indian flair. The BBQ chicken ramen was absolutely delicious and their fried chicken bun was also very flavorful but the customer service definitely lacks here. I walked in intending on having a sit down dinner but a large party was already seated and the waitress was taking their order. No acknowledgment, no I’ll be right with you. Obviously they were understaffed. So I decided to pick up my phone and order Uber eats to go while I’m at the restaurant. I ordered 3 items and when I went in to pick up my to go order after the app notified me that my order was ready, I still had to wait since the waitress was bringing food out to the large party seated there. After a few mins, a gentlemen working there actually looked up at me and acknowledged me this time telling me to give him a few mins. Fine, no worries but mean while the front was getting packed with ppl waiting. When they finally got to me, I was given my order and when I got home, 1 of the 3 items were missing. Thank goodness for Uber eats, they refunded me the price of the item left out but I was pretty disappointed in them not getting my order correct after I waited longer than expected for my order. Oh and….when the wait staff was bringing food out, they had their mask pulled down below their chin so despite the food tasting amazing, I don’t think I would be a returning customer.
I’ve ordered from here on Uber before but had the chance to pull up today and I’m so glad I did. Seating was available for four of us and the fusion menu is on point. Between me and my friends we got the vegetable ramen, the spare ribs, tonkatsu and the j*** chicken ramen— everyone loved their bowls…As for me I chose the tonkatsu broth with extra chashu pork and it hit right! The noodles were the right thickness and the spice was just right— broth was flavorful and I’m glad I stopped by.And don’t get me started on the steamed buns… please please don’t show up here and not try the buns.. wasn’t a fan of the pork buns but all of the other options were amazing.I walked out of here full af and satisfied..We had an amazing server who was unfortunately being overworked and still she held her own and took care of us in a timely manner while taking care of mad heads…

First time customer..All I can saw it the secret is in the food. Tasteful soups and delicious buns..I would sooo come again...I ordered Curry ramen with j*** shrimp..with j*** pineapple baos buns...yes I forgot to take pic of it.. The buns are top knockout of flavors..Between the spicy j*** season and sweetness of sweet plantains and sweet of pineapple between softness of buns...I known for sure the chef is some type if Jamaican!!! You can't tell me nothing!!! #returningcustomer
We were waiting for this place to open and excited to have a ramen place in the area. We were not disappointed! The tofu buns were great; the tofu was deliciously crispy in the perfect soft buns. My wife got the curry shrimp ramen which was flavorful, and the shrimps were large and juicy. We called to do a pick up order – you have to pay over the phone. When we got there, it looked very busy, but we were in and out since our food was all ready to go. The staff were attentive, and we’re looking forward to going again!
I would've never expected to find a ramen shop in little Italy but I sure did. I got the spicy BBQ rib ramen and my bf got the j*** chicken ramen (the hottest on the menu). My meat and broth was a little sweet but it was very good. The oxtail bao was good too bun soft and also had a little sweetness to them. The j*** ramen was something me and bf wondered if it could exist and now that we found a spot we will be coming often. It definitely gets hotter the closer to the bottom.????
