No matter how small or big the order is of jerk chicken they are only giving you one small container of jerk sauce. Also no real difference between a small and medium or jerk chicken. If you love rice get the medium they will give you PLENTY and just a quarter piece of chicken chopped up to give the illusion you are getting more. This place fell off like ya high school crush. Oh don’t bother on getting a small soup it’s just gonna be broth and nuff potato. Maybe 3 pieces of meat. It’s a shame cause they are nice people while ordering the food. Good looking store too.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the quality of the food I have received from your establishment on multiple occasions when ordering through Uber. Specifically, I have noticed that the burnt portion of the rice has been consistently included in my orders.

In addition, the last fried chicken meal I purchased lacked proper seasoning. As a loyal customer who has consistently ordered from your restaurant through Uber for several years, I am familiar with the usual quality of your food and was disappointed by this recent experience.

While I acknowledge that occasional errors may occur, I kindly request that your establishment take the necessary steps to ensure consistent food quality. When your food meets the expected standards, it is truly exceptional. I would love for it to remain great because this is my regular go to restaurant.

Please get it together for our sake as the other foods nearby are not great.

They are so unprofessional. They don’t know how to serve on time. I had an order to pick up but after 40 minutes they said it still not ready yet. I can’t wait forever for them to serve. They should be more professional about serving the food.

Rice Hard as a ROCK!!! Only got 3 pieces of meat for a $20 meal. Found 2 short black hairs in my food!! Un-Eatable!!! Go anywhere else but this place. I should have known when I saw the place empty. Customer service is non existent!! The lady looked like she smelled poop the we tore time she took and prepped my order & my side order was unbearable as well. A waste of time & money!!

The food here is really good! Some of the best food I’ve had from a Jamaica restaurant that is not in Jamaica! I love the way the food is presented and packaged. Awesome chef and staff!

Let this be clear, Rocatone is in my Top 5 Jamaican Restaurants in the bronx. It’s a must stop for take out food. Grab and go. I love the options and the staff is friendly. It’s recommend the Rasta Pasta, Jerk Chicken and Curry Chicken… those are my personal go too. The portion of food is pretty decent. If you need a light day definitely get the small, but if you want a good quantity, the medium is great for bet.It’s definitely a place that I can say is consistent with the quality of food and easy access on White Plains Road near to the 219 2 train.I strongly recommend if you ready to try so Caribbean and Jamaican food, especially if you want flavor in your food. Oh yea, try the Fish and Oxtail as well.

This restaurant fell off hard. The food used to be really good; now it’s not worth feeding my dog. The soup is water with basic seasoning. The stew chicken is tough and trashy with no flavor. The curry chicken is basic. Oxtail is fatty and just tastes like browning. I guess every thing has its time. Unfortunately this place has come to pass.

Been buying food from here for more than 10 years. My favorite staff members are Sabrina who is no longer there and Keisha, who is still there. I know them, they remember me by name, it's all good.

Dont waste your time ordering through Doordash or anywhere. They cancelled my order without notifying me while I waited almost 2 hours for food for my family that was never prepared to be delivered to me. I dont understand how you dont have the decency to call a customer to let them know that you are sold out of items. I was really excited to try to this place but I will NEVER just based on what happened tonight. Very upsetting.

My daughter's like the seafood overthere, she said, it always delicious.
