Dont waste your time ordering through Doordash or anywhere. They cancelled my order without notifying me while I waited almost 2 hours for food for my family that was never prepared to be delivered to me. I dont understand how you dont have the decency to call a customer to let them know that you are sold out of items. I was really excited to try to this place but I will NEVER just based on what happened tonight. Very upsetting.

I used to think they were friendlier thanmost Jamaican restaurants but they’re the same . Im American with Jamaican background so I understand everything that’s being said by the rude aunties in the kitchen . Im 9 months pregnant and I’m paying my money so when I ask for something specific don’t be rude !

Food is always good and priced lower than the competition but please always check your food before leaving do to the inconsistency of the portions and don't pay attention to the parts of the chicken they choose to chop up and give you ... they also are not open too early for breakfast and they are not open late ... usually close by 10pm

I normally really love this place and the food. However, this time I ordered a large goat instead of a medium and received the same amount of goat but just more rice. So ultimately I'm being charged extra for just more rice and I don't think that's fair. Please regulate your portion controls. It's not fair to paying guest. They also forgot my second soda.

Placed an order this evening…(2) medium fried chicken, ground provisions, stew chicken gravy with dark meat with a tossed salad. I received everything in my order except the tossed salad which was something I was looking forward to. I called the store and I was placed on hold, then hung up on. I called back and was placed on hold again. No one answered my call and I eventually hung up. This was my first time ordering from them in about 2-3 years and I chose this place over going to Red Lobster. The food was good but next time I’ll choose Red Lobster because why charge people for food that they pay for and not give them what they ordered. Smh…won’t happen again, trust me!!

My go to spot in the Bronx. Been coming for years. Now I don't get to order as much since I am in Westchester county. On a recent visit I was pleasantly happy to know the food is still great quality. I am never disappointed with their food.

I ordered Oxtail for $22 carried it all the way home just to find out it's all bones, not meat. I called the store, told them and stop ordering there. After about a year, I went back and ordered Oxtail again hoping that things will be better, but it's even worse. They gave me just some few bones again. I paid $22 for it and I was starving even before I finished eating. I later had to go to the deli. Please don't waste your money here, the place looks nice but the service is horrible.
